You're not supposed to stop at either the shoulder or anywhere on the motorway. In this particular case those geniuses ran out of petrol and called their parents for help instead of road assistance. Their parents in their infinite wisdom decided that they would be safer if they parked on the slow lane. An apple truly doesn't fall far from the tree. Oh and the bonus point for being cut off by a Fast and furious viewer.

just because one person is doing something stupid doesn't mean everyone else is excused from their own stupidity. you don't speed up towards a car with it's break lights on. you don't swerve out of the way into a lane with another car into it because you can't be bothered to slow down. the cammer shouldn't of been speeding up, they also should of known that there was a car with it's breaks on before the car that sped past them and blocked their view. while stopping in the lanes of a highway is pretty fucking dumb, all parties involved are equally guilty of being fucking morons. that one was easily avoidable had the cammer not been distracted. clearly was also, mostly, avoidable had they parked on the shoulder. still at his speed, he or the other car that sped past would of likely clipped the people outside of their cars. also are we going to talk about the ALARMING THUD sound coming from the cameras car?

@@95SerGo The shoulder is there for emergencies as needed. If you're straight out of gas, it's best to pull off the side of the road. (Though obviously you're never supposed to get anywhere near that stage). The parents parking in the middle of the lane? Complete idiots though.

@Aloha Akahai Are you blind? The guy passing on the right(which is illegal for a reason btw), completely obscured the view of the cars ahead. The passer wanted to make the gap so bad that he endangered everybody around him. He made the gap barely, but only like 10 feet from the stopped car ahead. They were all going 65, you cannot brake that fast.

That whole situation was messed up. Why tf did those idiots decide to park on the road(65mph highway) in the middle of the night? and the dbag that was sweverving in and out of lanes made it so that the driver couldn’t see what was ahead. Those people lucky they weren’t smooshed up against the back of their car.

For some reason many people think that when they get into a car accident that they need to wait for the police and preserve the scene like it is CSI. That's in San Diego, our drivers are notoriously bad at the entire merging process. They don't look for incoming cars, they don't match the speed of traffic, and signaling your merge just tells them to speed up and not let you in because they're too important to let someone like you be in front of them.
