Another one of the Kerala sadya/feast recipes... a quick and easy to prepare side dish which can be even made few days in advance. Ginger plays a major role in Kerala sadya menu. Inji Pachadi is a classic during an Onam feast.
Ingredients:
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
Mustard - 1/2 tablespoon (1 teaspoon for tempering and the remaining is for crush)
Green chilli - 2 fine slices
Shallots - 5 fine slices
Ginger - Fine chopped 50 grams
Dried red chilli - 5 nos
Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
Yogurt - 1 1/2 cups
