You should take those old tracks. Put them on their side on your race track. Then put scrap foam from ICF's inside them. Them would make great crash barriers. God bless

Funny thing about recordings and speakers. You could never capture a loud blast like a gun or even a engine sound but that sprocket ring came through my speakers like I was striking an anvil myself right there. Ouch, yes you need ear protection very muchly. I could turn volume down but you can't.

DP, whoever manufactured that bucket needs to go back to the drawing board. Looks like it was made down to a price instead of up to a standard. I really enjoyed the video and Aarons custom modifications to the bucket are spot on complete with personalised DP initials.😀😀👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺

Never forget, at each service, maybe even more often, always flush out the "dirt traps" at the arm hinges in back where you were so upset about them filling up with packed mud.

I saw a video where the person changing the track used a piece of pipe to roll the track loose. They loosened the grease fittings and rolled the track with the pipe on the front roller and it squeezed the track back and loosened it at the same time to roll it off the drive sprocket. They did the reverse to get the track back on, and then tightened it with the grease zerks.

That was a good days work! Excellent welding Aaron. The DP monogram on the bucket just doubled its value. Glad you guys maintain your own equipment. It's the best way to save some money and you know it is done right.

I had just watched the video where you ordered the tracks , I kid you not, the next day the tracks on our Cat skid steer crapped the bed. I called truck or track and ordered new ones. I told him about watching your videos. He acted like they didn't want to give me the discount. Ultimately they did. Saved me 183.00. Tracks showed up two days later.

Great repair on the bucket, now you can watch for it to crack on the outer edges of those plates that are welded in. At least that's what mine did. I fixed it 1 last time by taking that entire panel off from 1 side to the other and replaced it with a 3/8" plate of hard ox. No more stress cracking.

Too many projects? Not enough room? Maybe it's time for a shop addition. You may want to be able to take your crane to the other side also. A mobile sprocket puller would be nice if someone makes it. Good work and a great camera operator. Have good days!!

When I change rubber tracks I sets a track on to shop creepers then there’s no drag when you try to push him in place works for me hope it helps keep up the good channel
