As I know Latvian this abbreviation really helps and I didn't pass the exam the first time so this association reaaaally helps. Like sorry, I didn't remember it all well :D

Hi. I appreciate the videos. Please review slide 15, however, in regards to the SVC. It almost sounds like you are stating that SVC activities like "Engage" are parts of delivering the service as opposed to the creation and management of the services. If I'm wrong about what you're trying to state, please ignore my comment.

Hi Jason Thanks a lot for your comment and thoughts. My intention was to show, that engage can happen in any stage. It is not exclusively related to delivering or creating services. The idea was to show that the SVC is just a list of generic activities and that the magic only happens when you start mapping your value streams onto the SVC. Hope this helps. Cheers, Alex
