I ABSOLUTELY LOVE FUKUBUKURO SEASON and this Adidas box was surprisingly.....not too bad???? Maybe??? What do you think?
I HAVE RISEN LIKE A PHOENIX FROM THE ASHES AFTER GETTING THE COUGH VIRUS. Well, that's a bit dramatic, but...I have a new video!! Finally 😅 I'm sorry about the impromptu break, but sometimes things happen that are out of my control...which also makes me very stressed and unproductive 🙃
I hope you had a better New Years than I did 😂 I'm glad to see my family after two years but......yeah....I really want to get back to Japan soon.
I do have at least one more fukubukuro waiting for me in Japan...hopefully two....but....everything is very up in the air right now as you may imagine 💀

Finally an upload 😅 I'm hoping to get back to regular once-a-week programming in February!! Now I'm scheduled to return to Japan at the end of this week....we'll see how that goes 💀 Hope you all had a better NY than I did 💕

Yayy! Welcome back! Honestly never knew about lucky bags, let alone a season for them 😯 This one looks totally worth it! These seem nice even if you don’t like 1 or 2 items bc you could always re-gift them and still have saved money in the long run 🤗 I’m excited to see the others!

Hey Allison, good to here that you’re feeling better and fingers crossed that you’re able to get back to Japan soon. I really like the stuff you’ve got from this Fukubukuro and especially the red shirt and the pants look amazing on you. glad to see you back, hope you're all better now! And yap, I have the exact same adidas pants and I confirm the sizing is a bit strange as I bought the smallest size and it is still kinda weirdly big on me 😅 Sometimes the stuff inside lucky bags turns out to be surprisingly nice!

All the items looked super cute on you. Especially the red top and track pants. The pant length is good I think, I buy 7/8 length leggings all the time, great for warmer weather. Hope you have a great new year! 🤓👍

Happy to see you back here in KZfaq :) I hope you can return to Japan as scheduled without much trouble. I think the clothes look nice, but getting a good fit with japanese sizes looks difficult 😬

Hey Allison. Welcome back!! I liked the items you got especially the red T-Shirt. You could use the bag when you go to your local grocery store to keep your hands free. I wonder if they ship lucky bags/boxes to the UK 🤔

I'd be interested in learning about the history of fukubukuro--when did they become so popular? I lived in Japan from 2000-2006 and either I was unaware of this phenomenon or they didn't exist--at least, not in the form that they do now. I remember dept stores having big clear plastic bags that were full of stuff for kids--pencils, pens, notebooks, stickers, small toys, etc. Those were the only lucky bags I ever saw and I never bought one. The concept of a store (Mr Donut, Adidas, etc) having specialty merch in a gift box was not something I was aware of at that time (but my Japanese wasn't that great either).
