I started my journey at 524 lbs in October. I obsessively watched most of your videos early on in my journey, so I've heard most of these things before, and I've used every single one of them. Just over 6 months later I'm down over 110 lbs, and every single tip in this video was used to a certain extent and super helpful.

Congratulations! How many calories did you eat in the beginning of your journey? I have a lot to lose but when I cut to even 2200 I fail everytime because I am used to eating so much
@jessem6499
@jessem6499 Жыл бұрын
@@LauraMartinez-jk9sq When I started I went a bit extreme and was doing 1200 cal/day (which I managed by just keeping protein super high, so I'd just eat two big ass salads that had two chicken breasts in each of them, honestly they were delicious and I enjoyed it, but I realized I was going to develop an eating disorder if I kept that up). After a couple months of that I increased to 1500 in December, then in January I started weight training at the gym and needed to get more protein in, so now I'm at 1800 which is where I'll likely be for the foreseeable future. Make sure you're choosing the right foods, 1800 calories is a TON of food if you're making the right choices. Smart swaps in the kitchen make all the difference. I still eat things like pizza, burgers, ice cream and even brownies, but I make them myself and use low calorie version recipes that still taste great. I think the 1-2-3 method is legit, I've done it the entire way, and it's super satisfying once you find the salads you really enjoy, and will help you stay in a deficit eating such large salads daily and keeping water intake up. And then the fiber + protein thing is real. Protein is incredibly satiating, and it's great for protecting your muscle from being used for fuel instead of fat.

Tracked my protein and calories, started lifting weights, and I get in my daily steps. It's not that hard, I was simply consistent. NOT perfect, consistent. As someone who has 70lbs total to lose and have lost 15 so far, the most discouraging thing is the length it takes to see any physical progress. Like we have to lose like 30lbs to see any sort of change. But atleast I feel better and sleep better before then so those benefits, while harder to praise, are good little wins along the way

I have about 30 more pounds to go started over a year ago with weight watchers lost 25 pounds was feeling good but it started coming back fast lol was super frustrated cutting out my favorite foods like cheese so beginning of March was going to take a diet break… basically going to give up but then I stumbled across you video on calorie deficit and I rewatched it like 4 time because I just couldn’t grasp that you could lose weight without trying to live on 1200 or less calories a day, then I binged watched a lot of your videos and I know what you say about food is true as my hubby was dx last March with type 2 diabetes and we work a great deal with a nutritionalist on his diet, middle of March joined the inner circle and working the program. I lost 39 lbs by eating OMAD and that equated to 60% coming from FAT. Protein and carbs = to 20% each. 😢 As for salads/vegetables/fruit only in small amounts, and as for water, I simply drank when I needed to and I didn't measure the amount as in, 1 bottle or more. Specific walking wasn't part of my weight loss regime, nutrition was, then increasing my NEAT. No need to calorie count every day, prep the same food for 3 days, much easier. Yeah, sleep is so underrated. Not sure about the fibre, I guess if you eat enough of the right fat you'll be well lubricated. Thank you for uploading and sharing.

I believe evil looks alot like our oppressors that stole my peoples land 450 years of captivity and to the very least the Jewish community have excelled and became top of the society while ear is still a secrrt war on our people. WHY BECAUSE WE NEVER KNEW WHERE WE CAME FROM.COYLD U IMAGONE NPT KNOWING who you are and where you came from just that we were slaves and nothing more or skin was dark so I meant that we were black which is a derogatory word. It hasn't been until 2020 that suddenly like you were awakened and realize we are not African-American we are not negro we are not colored but we are indigenous people to America well TMI is what America was. Yes history is a very interesting thing but there's a lot of lies put in there and celebrate the Holocaust I believe is a reminder of our oppressors to remind us of who we are and where we come from that leaves that are the shadow government remember who is in charge and who isn't. That's what I was saying if you know of Queen Khalifa who was supposed to be a fairytale but there are maps as well as document stories from one of the first Chinese dynasties I believe the then who came here and traded on the coast of California somehow and had met Queen Khalifa and her Warriors that are nothing but dark skin melanated beings he documented that everyone who was here was our skin color tablet Redskin in this is why to this day we cannot go going to the Grand Canyon there are so many Hydro glyphics of Egyptians and so many hidden and knock down pyramids the most pyramids are here in America! Yes Africa has a lot of history yes or skin people come from Africa first but we were already here when Columbus Shakespeare all these people who are Sorcerers who took my people under attack with their spells and greed they use a lot of work and string theory to get us to think we were not here we were honestly ships that could not have existed to the 1920s before that they were canoes there's no way millions of Africans would have made it here besides Africans now say they have never heard of Atlantic slave trade. So now we are here my people have struggled at the bottom to know this land was ours only to be at the bottom of the barrel everything was taken from us the Civil War was not between the North and South us and the ones that wanted slavery. Trump even came forward and said everything that has been made has been made from okay Billy was just stolen the reason behind it is well the CIA has its down as extraterrestrial carbonated being our skin is made out of carbon which is what plants have delete difference is plants have magnesium we have iron ask it has also made of the dark matter in the sky white and black you are definitely different and not saying that the Jews are not special but I know we are not the Lost tribe of Judah we are something very different we were here first for many many years before anybody else came and it's always started the 4th century is where you guys have came about it takes a lot of digging and research by my skip some things but I will let you know the Holocaust is a very sad thing and I hate that your people had to go through that. We can totally relate cuz our Holocaust has been here since the 4th century we are aware that you guys are made from I don't want to send anybody how you guys came about but we are very different as long as we can merge 1160 gather we just went our credit where credit is due and we just want our land back and we just want to know why we are considered to be less than when we are the ones who invented everything everything was here first before it was conquered and maliciously taking over so if you ever want to teach history please look into the the truth! We were never taught the truth of history and it really upsets me! Do not know where we came from we don't even know who we believed in our last name can you imagine how that must feel not to know who you are for years? But we have awakened and we need everybody who can understand this help support like we support the Holocaust and who are treated wrong. People definitely a bad rap cuz we are angry who would not be? I met many Caucasians who agree and know that this is the truth the Native Americans were down reservations have admitted that they come from the northern part of the world next to Russia called Siberia they were taken care to infringe on America and say they're us but now coming fourth admitting that they were told to do this around the Great Depression. We did not realize this was going on they kept busy not letting us read all types of things to make sure that you will never get out just like murdering the leaders who knew the truth is I always knew there was something they were hiding but to know you saw the lamb give it away to the immigrants immigrants call the crop sharing made the Constitution unable to understand and and what has down to such a low vibration so we can forget to tell her or god-given land taxes felices still try to keep a secret that it is not ours that's why we will not ever get reparations that's why certain things are not permitted for us because this is our land we cannot be mad this Librarians because Russia needed whatever it was there and sent them here but they need to come to the truth now and so what they know what their grandparents have told them they are not Native Americans native is actually a term meaning immigrants for now American we are indigenous American everyone else are foreigners and we deserve the right speak the truth this is my first time coming for it and actually trying to tell people please look up a man named Jane Calaway he is in the story of and he is very very great and I also read up on the Holocaust so I appreciate it if my people as well then history will be the right way!! Now giving people to Jake and believe it is another thing but research will tell you everything the truth will set you free and I will come out and it is right now as we speak I guess you heard it here first even though it was kind of a broken up story I just wanted to hurry up and let you know my heart goes out to you we can relate and just like Hitler get rid of the evil Elite that caused this terrible oppression I like to call the powers at work cuz their time is up just like those of the Holocaust we also deserve justice

Thank you so much for sharing so freely. I'm 6 kg down from October 22 when I rejoined the IC and honestly think I'll be able to maintain it due to all the wonderful information. My relationship with food, the scale, weight loss and the future have changed so much since finding you and Susan and the IC a few years ago but I think the lasting changes only really fell into place from oct last year. I love love the consistency calendar but most of all the trend line in the weightloss tracker keeps me on course - thank you!

Love your video! I am pretty new to your content but have binge watched your older videos and have learned a lot. I have lost over 100 lbs using some of these methods and plan to implement several others like the 1-2-3 method. I've been diligent with my protein but not with Fibre, so I would love that video. I was also wondering if you have any advice on staying consistent as a shift worker. I work 12hr shifts on a 4 on 5 off rotation. For a long time I used that excuse as to why weight loss for me was so difficult. The inability to attend any type of fitness class consistently, eating at odd times (breakfast could be 9am or 4pm), changing sleep patterns, weighing daily at the same time, and all the other things that make routine almost impossible. I know there are thousands out there who have the same struggle, and I have never really seen any content addressing how to make weight loss and developing a healthy lifestyle while living a life of inconsistency. Would love your thoughts or a video to help up my game to shed the last 30lbs...or so😊.

I am not in the position currently to join but I love your vibe. I am 60 yrs old and am looking to live the rest of my life out from under the thumb of a lifetime of disordered eating. I joined the inner circle awhile back but quickly unenrolled/quit due to all the overwhelm. Only taking place in my own head, lol. Thank you for being you and doing all you do.

Job well done here… you remind me of Mr. Dan Peña actually… no filters while speaking but the information is shared clean, rough and honest, which suppose to deliver the message as real as possible without any bs involved… I mean I whoever watched this video wants to get some results while working out and to enjoy the results that effort.and I will add a short quote from Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger: the iron never lies! So… do what needs to be done and enjoy the results! Thank you for your coaching… hopefully it means a lot to many! Respect!

Just wanted to say thank you for your incredible content. I found your channel a month or so ago and have been watching a ton of your videos and they’re help keeping me on track, teaching me new things, and reinforcing things I already know (but tend to want to forget when things get tough - like the importance of consistency). I really appreciate you and just wanted you to know.

I’m halfway through the video as I make this comment.. I am on Day 3 of intermittent fasting and calorie counting. I am using the MyFitnessPal app so that helps.. but I will be implementing things I am seeing on this video! Your videos make these lifestyle changes actually feel possible, and not like an ever-lurking dark cloud. My goal is to drop down about 120lbs, but overall I think 145lbs is what I need to lose to be considered healthy. Thank you for another amazing video Jordan! I will certainly be subscribing to your email list!
