GLP1s also cost so much you can’t afford food. Or at least that’s been my experience.

1st video I watched! It was great! I definitely struggle, and I'm going to implement some of your suggestions. My new mantra is "I am safe." It's a good reminder that what I'm feeling or thinking isn't an emergency. I'm the queen of snacking and not having meals... first thing I'm working to change. Thank you for always teaching us and keeping it real!

Therapy really helped me! It was hard finding someone, just be sure you ask specifically for "eating disorder" even if your like me and didnt think you fell into that category. This video is spot on, tons of great tips I'm using/going to implement

I don’t necessarily have this with food but do with alcohol at the end of the day. I realize it’s more habit since COVID but hard to quiet.

Jordan, your timing could not be more perfect! I need to lose weight for health reasons and the more I think about it the more food noise is so loud!! I plan to use your suggestions about meals and the breathing and mini walks for anxiety. Thanks for the great ideas. ✌️

I am going back to work after starting my fitness/health journey, and I am sad that I am going to have to sacrifice my workout days. But knowing it’s not all going to be lost if I can at least workout 3 days a week makes me feel so much better

I tried your calculation for a month and didn’t lose any weight at all. This calculation doesn’t work for everyone. I am 47 year old female 5’0” tall 123 pounds Goal - 110 pounds That puts me at 1320 calories by your calculation. I ate 110g protein every day. All calculators put my TDEE with no workouts at 1286. That is lower than 1320. So, 1320 is only a deficit for me if I do quite a lot of activity. I calculated at least 1 1/2 hours of walking and 1 hour of strength training per day.

I get a TON of food noise when my deficit is too steep. 500-700 calorie deficit and I am ok. I use MacroFactor to help me stay consistent (I am not affiliated with them)

As a person who struggles with an undiagnosed eating disorder and stuggles heavily with food noise, I genuinely appreciate your videos! Thank you so much! I signed up for your emails! 🤗 It makes me feel better to hear you say the things that I try to tell people don't work for me... IF, counting calories, etc. With food noise, no matter how much you've eaten, the closer you get to 0 calories, the hungrier you get and louder it gets! I have a profound appreciation for the way you look at things from all angles and your genuine want to help others! 🙏🏽 Thank you!
