@@guttahgang2300There are checks and balances that don’t allow for misinterpretation. Precedence, case law, procedures, findings and facts - not common people’s (layperson) opinions - are the parameters that don’t allow the judicial system much wiggle room. Something needs to be big or very unusual to allow for redefinition of a law or precedent. The more common a crime in circumstances and fact, the less alternate interpretation is allowed. Judge Simpson is a very, VERY reasonable judge. He live streams every day if you want proof.

Dr. BOB: That Judge is incredible. What I just watched showed remarkable restraint, tolerance, intelligence (allowing the idiot to continue make a fool of himself) and professionalism. Some Judges would have played his game, lost their cool, and engaged him.......for no practical purpose. Instead, the court captured the entire performance on video. If the idiot thought his act would help him with a mentally incompetent plea, he "shot himself in the foot." Now, that is just one man's opinion and I could be wrong.....but I don't think I am.

@Viper legally? Yes they are. If you steal from Walmart, is it shoplifting? If you shoplift from a small mom and pop, it hurts them more, yet it is the same crime. Theft is theft, it doesn't matter who you steal from, your actions are what get you prison time, not the effect of those actions on the bank account of the victims. The only time the victim is taken into account for the purpose of sentencing, is during violent crimes. Assault against a 7yo will get you more years than assault against a 6ft 9in 300 lb body building mma fighter. One is heinous, the other is stupid.

@Viper every person who deposited their money in there are victims, yes the bank is insured to cover the loss but still, technically you gave the bank your money to hold for you safely and in return usually, you would pay a monthly, albeit most banks don't charge for most accounts, just making my case why a bank is an entity.

His absurd argument is that since the legislature didn't pass a law that literally says, "Robbing a bank is illegal" then robbing banks isn't against the law. It's basically like saying, "You should be able to punch somebody in a bar since there isn't a law in the books that specifically states if you go into a bar and punch somebody, you'll face charges."

@Harry Browneigh ''Being birthed by a drunken crack whore mother is what really produces minds like his. It's a black thing. You just wouldn't understand.'' Your comment indicates that his mothers crack abuse is at the root of his reason for being where he is at this stage in his life. Considering his age, when this guy was birthed, crack was not even on the street so your comment is evidently out or whack. BUT it sure was on the street later and he most ''probably abused ?'' of the substance and ''more than likely ?'' made a living off of it, along with ''other criminal activities ?''. His attempt to try to show that he knows ''something'' about constitutional ''protection and legality'' is vain because crime is punishable which is why he is in handcuffs and in court indicating that he has been arrested to answer for his ''actual'' crimes. By the way, crack is also abused by a very large percentage of all of the other races (whites, browns, yellows, greens and purples) in this country so it is not only a ''black thing'' as you mention. It is a ''multicolored'' thing. You are most certainly of the Trump type; the racist type. It's only normal. In the U S of A, racism is a white thing. Being birthed by delusional white racist parents is what really produces a mind like yours. There you so sucker. See how easy it is? There are always ways to be cured of drug addiction; racism addiction and abuse is VERY difficult to cure because it is bone deep within the tight knit auto-supported ''world wide white supremacist breed''. You are obviously afflicted with this disease and you will live with it for the rest of your life. But most racists DO suffer from the disease. Karma is ever present and you are well aware of it because there is that little ''something'', that little ''cookie'' in what you have for brains that just stays there to annoy your peace of mind and unfortunately for you, the delete button is broke. For your information, I am as white as can be and as for racial issues, I am totally unbiased and ''personally and individually'', I feel great about it.

This absurd crap makes my day. The jailhouse lawyers provide more entertainment than anything I have found on line. One of Damon Wayans' most memorable 'characters on "In Living Color" (funniest t.v. program of all times) was "Oswald Bates"....the jailhouse genius/philosopher. He was always there to "profuncticate the abstantional yet topographically pragmacticlous ordinational and combustible digestion." In retrospect, I fear that Mr. Bates may have been on to something!

N.H. thanks. I agree, but my comments do not apply to the abundance of ambulance chasing attorneys out there. "Jailhouse Lawyers" are inmates who are self proclaimed legal experts. This role was incredibly portrayed by Damon Wayans as "Oswald Bates" in the old "IN LIVING COLOR" television series. If you are not familiar with the program, pull up an episode or two and watch the absolute genius of the Wayans family. BTW, "IN LIVING COLOR" was (in my opinion) on the cutting edge of comedy. There will never be a program the comes close to that show. Sadly, the Wayans Brothers (primarily Keenan Ivory Wayans the show's creator) came under such awful criticism and pressure that the show was cancelled. That was one of the "lowest shots" ever taken in the history of television. The Wayans have more talent in their little fingers than others will see in a lifetime.
