Love the double front tap/step but the walking back and forth or walking with a grove gets me wanting to keep moving! I am really enjoying this mix herr!

More people. I just found this video 20 minutes ago. and completed it. I have been so stiff for years. At times, barely able to get out of bed. Glory to God, I was able to get up today. I took care of home. And decided to try to workout. I did this video and my littles joined me and had fun. I will be doing this specific one 3x a week. Today was the first. I am morbidly obese. I'm fighting for myself but also to live for my husband and kids. I can't and won't stay here. Thank you

Can you please add more 20/30 min low cardio workouts please!!!!! Suffer from morning anxiety and doing your workouts kicks the anxiety out of the ball park...long enough for me to get on with my day until my PM weights workout in the gym. I’m seeing so many lovely comments from people like me, and I SO AGREE! I’m behind in getting back into a decent fitness level. I’m nearly 64 and have had both knees replaced so low impact is my middle name. This workout eased me back into moving with purpose. You two are super cute but I want to tell you that I very much appreciated the no talking during movement, the low key music that still helped me keep the beat and the heads up component so I knew what was coming next. I’ve checked out lots of online workouts but your format and cleanliness (loved your background as there was nothing to distract, just simple and elegant and I could check on you guys to make sure I was doing right) makes me the happiest and I’ll want to keep coming back to this and check out your other workouts! Thank you!

Heyyy!! Im 57 yrs old, been active most of my life,,,went stagnant for 2 yrs,,,came down with blood clots in one lung, got very sick,,now im back on doing cardio, lifting weights, and THIS video is what ive been looking for!! Its a big help getting me back on my journey to fitness without it being too advanced and discouraging,,MORE VIDEOS LIKE THIS PLEEESE!!

For me this routine is exactly enough. Im 50 & diagnosed with diabetes a year ago. I changed diet & exercise now. Im not looking for anything extravagant for exercising & this is a perfect pace for me. Thank u so much! I have shedded inches & toned up from these type work outs. They work! Stay consistent ❤ I've lost 52 pounds from diet & exercise like this. I'm now at 146 pounds & I've added in walking 🚶‍♀️ around the park daily for 30 minutes. ❤

Y'alllllll, low impact DOEST NOT (I repeat) DOES NOT mean low intensity. I was pleasantly surprised by how sweaty I got! So yes, please continue doing these. I realized I need to move more during the day and these Step to the Beat are a great little exercise "snack".

Let me say … I’m a 44 year old mom with a full time job and 2 ACTIVE kids. I love all your workouts! I saved this workout for this Saturday morning…thinking this shouldn’t get me too sweaty and a few moves in, I was thinking maybe it was too easy….. by the end I was sweating. This was GREAT for a lower key day!!! I still feel like I got a great workout in!!! You guys are awesome. Request…. More 20 mins so I can get it in my busy schedule. How fun is it when you can workouts, get results, and learn proper movements while having fun. On top of that, I love the connection they share with each other. It reminds me of me and my husband when we work out together. ❤️ They fuel each other up and then they give that happy energy to us watching. I can say I love mostly all their workouts, and I plan to keep coming back for me. They are getting me right!! 😃

❤ type 2 diabetic and at 240lbs for a 5'4", this was great even though it killed me. Hard to raise arm that quickly but it is amazing. Decided to do this one for 30 days to see where it takes me and hopefully can do better and keep up with you both. Thank you so much. So, 7-24-2023 is day One.

I'm recovering from plantar fasciitis and rowing/cycling doesn't do it for me, since I sit all day at work. This is a great low impact + cardio workout that doesn't make my heels scream at me. Thank you!

I discovered this video a couple of weeks ago. I like the countdown, how this video tells you how much workout you have left, the preview of each exercise, and the fact that I can do it when my energy is low and still get some exercise. I've had surgery on my foot, and I'm still experiencing pain. I felt so defeated and was about to start a yoga video, when I saw this! My "real" workout is swimming, but you're my new favorite for land exercises. I look forward to trying other videos, especially weights! Thanks.

This is the first workout of yours that I tried. Love, love, love it! I always like a workout that has no talking, lol. I like that the moves are previewed, there's a great countdown feature, liked the music, the surroundings are lovely, and the moves were even challenging for my brain (coordination).

Don’t let the first few exercises fool you into thinking you won’t sweat. Easy on the joints but you’ll still get a great workout in just 20 minutes!

I’ve been fighting my way out of depression between trying to follow God and working out. It’s been hard getting back to feel normal and today I really didn’t want to do anything and I wanted to call off of work, but I fought through it and I did something and chose to do this video video so I thank you guys.

This is exactly the kind of workout that I need! I am middle aged, overweight, and my joints sound like Rice Krispies when the milk first hits. I have been doing your low impact step workouts for a couple weeks now. The first time it tired me out, not gonna lie, but it’s getting easier each time. I feel energized when I am done! I am going to try some of your beginner strength training workouts next. Keep them coming!

I gotta admit, i wasn’t sure if this would give me a good warm up but boy, was I wrong. Simple movements coupled with shorter breaks plus the challenge of “staying on beat” 😂 made this a fun warm up dance workout. Love the varieties! My virtual personal trainers deliver every time. THANK YOU!!!

More low impact would be great! I have some knees that require a little more attention than the rest of my body. This was great after dancing the night away with my husband at a wedding this weekend. I am addicted to these "Step to the Beat"workouts. They are PERFECT when running low on time, but still want to get a great workout in. I am dripping in sweat in just 20 minutes!!! I love it :)

After 2 days of being sick determined to finish my 4th week, I did 2 workouts back to back, Mondays and today (Thursday). I will continue to complete this challenge and then will start over next Monday to complete another 4 weeks. My body's aching from running and doing strength training, but still didn't want to skip a workout completely. This was perfect for that, worked up a sweat and it was such a fun workout! I love the punching exercises, always use 1kg dumbbells to add a tiny bit extra to the punches 😊 More like these please 🙏🏻

As someone just starting out and is overweight with painful knees, this was perfect! Had to modify a bit for the squat section (might need to see a doctor tbh), but it was excellent!

I woke up late today, very tired, the fatigue and stress of yesterday draining my body and I didn't feel like doing a workout especially lifting weight, I didn't have any energy... I searched for "easy 20 min workout" and this video bumped in front of me.. I am grateful that I did it even though in my pijamas and my dirty socks that I am wearing from yesterday, but I DID it!! Now I am feeling a lot more energized, a quick shower and I am ready to start my day.. Thank you ❤

Just found y’all last week and I love the variety of work outs offered. Just trying to get back into weights again after a shoulder injury a few years ago that set me back. The mix of weights, HIIT and cardio is just what I have been looking for.
