We love a morning and night routine, but also a Sunday reset! Where we have a full day to ourselves to rejuvenate. replenish, and start the week off fresh. After my run streak I fell off when it came to fitness, simply lacking a specific goal. That mental break was much needed, and I'm feeling re-energized and excited to take on my next challenge! Of course there are two duvets! Sleep is the most important thing. I’m not going to restrict my movements and comfort by having only one big duvet. I’m not compromising on my sleep.

I love taking a seasonal approach to running! I’ll do a couple of run clinics every year and then take time off in between to focus on other types or exercise/activities :) I find it keeps me motivated to keep running if I know I’m only doing it for a certain amount of weeks

hi... Sorry if it is annoying, I saw the way you cut peonies (it is for most of the flowers`), they would last wayyyyyy LONGER if you put them in some boiling hot water just for a moment after cutting - this makes all the air bubbles come out LOVE YOU

We have an adorable Irish-American teacher at my school named John O’Connor and everyone refers to him as JOC. He plays Irish folk songs at Irish bars in the area. It’s the cutest, and always a good time! Apparently all O’Connors have similar nicknames. 🍀

Glade to see your open to keeping a day off, everyone needs it, theirs to much burn out in hustle culture … (btw them bball skills are rust’in lol) (sry this next parts lengthy) so speaking of falling off, well I did that for 4 yrs, actually finding some of your content helped shift things over (the situation is still ongoing but for another time) so I was a power lifter until nov. 2018… fast forward to January 2023 finally got back into it, i decided to run compounds earlier this and heres my current (still not 2018 level and definitely nowhere near PR’s but makin that progress) Bench 275, Squat 450, deadlift 480, military press 135… as motivation Wacco TX has a powerlifting meet April 2024 that i’m aiming for, no i won’t be where my PR’s were (its questionable if ill ever hit that again) but hoping to be better then i was before 2018

Always enjoy your videos Keltie! Totally unrelated to this video, but I would love to see your mobility/stretching routine, have you ever thought about filming just a straight fitness video? Would love to see it! I was a runner in High School and now I'm in my 30's and itching to get back into it but I dread the shin splints I had when I was younger, I probably wasn't doing enough stretching or even the proper kinds.

I’d love to get back into running. When training for the Great Wall of China marathon I managed to break my ankle in three places slipping in mud! I managed to do the fun run (as a walk) in China which was amazing 🤩 but since then my confidence has been really rocked by this experience - that was 5 years ago. I’m overweight and really need to get my cardio fitness back. Any tips Keltie? X ps keep up the great work - love your channel xx

Start small! Even just 5-10 minute run 1-3x a week. Or walk for a minute run for 10 seconds, repeats 10-20x. Then each week run 10-30 seconds more and it’s amazing how the body adapts. You got this!!

Try using an oil makeup remover to clean that brush - looks like soap and water isn't breaking down whatever's on there

Girl the way you’re washing your brushes is giving me anxiety! 😂 don’t drown them, the glue on the hair will come off and they start shedding. Buy cinema secrets, it’s a blue spray and will clean any makeup off brushes. Spray it in a paper towel, then gently clean the brush on it. And every now and then clean it with soap and water but on your hand, don’t dip it in a cup of water. You only want the water to get in the brush middle down. Never on the roots or the glue will come apart.

The difference running on a treadmill and running normally has on your body (besides being potentially kinder on your joints)? Does it have the same outcome, It’s it easier, Take longer to reach goals? Etc…

I want to know how to START running. Do i just go outside and start running or walk first? Do i bring a bottle of water with me? How do I carry said water bottle? How long should I run the first few times? (Ive never run as exercise in my life because I used to have very bad asthma)

Would love to hear what you have planned for your goals. I just finished a half marathon I trained for...feeling lost as of Sunday lol. I need a new goal/plan. Do I go for maintenance, or should I push a bit and do another race? Or maybe go further than a half? I dunno 🤷‍♀️ I am moving into busy season for work so I'm leaning towards a maintenance routine I think.

Höiii, Grüezi and Hello from Switzerland 🇨🇭🤗 From the country where, strangely enough, I got asked the same question so often by younger people when I was in the USA, namely.... "Do you know the Swedish Bikini Team" ? And me of course, heee, what? No, Switzerland not Sweden...Do you know the difference between, ah, no, do you even know where Sweden and/or Switzerland are on this globe? These are my experiences in North America, Sweden and Switzerland 😉😆 So I'm mainly the series guy and next to Ted Lasso, I'm currently watching the first season of Silo, and in a month July 14th the 2nd season of Foundation will finally come all at Apple TV! another amazing video! i had one thing about running, for me, which is im injured rn and cannot run. how do you cope when you cant exercise in the ways you want to?

When I was injured I found other "emotional outlets". In the past that's how I found video editing, currently it has been producing music. I reframed it to instead of "I should be working out right now" to "oo I have an extra hour in the day to do that *thing* I never had the time for". Good luck on your recovery

Try a guided meditation. You can start small with counting your breath, or just saying breathing in, breathing out. ❤

I really want to get into running. My husband loves going on runs. However I really struggle because exercise does not feel good for me, I don't get those post-workout endorphines (before you ask me if I've tried X... yes. Yes I have) and after I work out I just feel sweaty, sick and tired. How can I make exercise, and more specifically running, a routine and something enjoyable? Because at this point I just feel very defeated

If you feel sick after running/exercising, maybe you’re starting with too much too fast? If your husband’s been running for a while it will be hard to keep up, but maybe you guys could hike or take walks together, and make it a little date! Grab a snack together when you’re done, that kind of thing. If you really want to join him but hate running, perhaps you could rollerblade or bike beside him? Or you could surprise him by cabbing to his halfway point and joining in hahaha anyway, I hope you figure something out that works!
