Some people don't care for the extra grease from ground beef. You can use whichever you prefer!

well I was also interested in this. I looked into it, and the description says that traditional egg rolls are made with wrappers which contain egg and flour (carbs). so what they have done is made the filling of an egg roll, and instead of wrapping it with the traditional wrapper, they have just added fried eggs on top and named it 'egg roll in a bowl'

@@jadesoladeji-odutola2937 sure, I would love to see, the hardest part of keto, imo, is finding good recipes. Especially because I try to keep at max 5g of carbs per day.

Isn't Coconut Oli for frying bad for your health?

Olive oil is bad for frying, coconut oil is more heat stable.

@@ken3marcus yes, but the coconut oil is bad cause of the amount the amount of saturated fats. Just want to know because I'm not expert, and I'm not sure what's best.

@@svcross-do Even if saturated fat does increase (large, fluffy) LDL, it increases protective HDL right along with it, and cardiovascular mortality has never been explicitly demonstrated to increase with saturated fat intake
