Dynamic stretches & 5 minutes of cardio (optional)
- [x] Elevated reverse lunges 3x8 each leg- heavy
- [x] RDLs 4x 10 reps
- [x] Hip thrusts 4x12 reps, 5 pulses, 3 sec hold. Then add weight.
- [x] Glute Kickbacks 3x 12-15 each leg
- [x] Hamstring curls 3x12
- [x] Hip abductors 4x 10 reps, 5 pulses, 5 second hold
- [x] Calf Press 4x 15 reps
