RDL’s
Leg Extension
Hamstring Curls
Reverse Lunges
Cable Kick Backs
Try 3 sets for 8 reps. Remember if its too hard to reach 8 reps, lower the weight, if its easy, up it! Stick to a weight that works and challenges you!

You can add 3 major exercises in each day For pull - something vertical like lat pulldowns with different grips, horizontal- rowing, then t-bar row or landmine row. Ending up with biceps curls & hammer curls For push - bench press or incline bench press, shoulder press, cable flies, tricep pushdown, overhead extension and lateral raises I hope this helps until krissy will upload a video on it. Thanks Kristy, I’m 56 and have been going to the gym since I was 16. I started doing Jazzercise at Les Mills 40 years ago! I got into weights in my mid twenties. Love your workouts and your perspective and I enjoy learning from you.

hello Krissy. Your videos are very very helpful. They are simple for a beginner, easy to understand, motivate me to go the gym and finish the workout. Whatever body part I have to train on a particular day, I just watch your video of that and the simplicity of exercises (which I can manage to complete in 50 mins) drives me to the gym. You are the closest to a personal trainer. Thanks a ton for the awesome videos and all the encouragement:)

Leg days are my absolute favorite. The only kind of exercises I don't do for lower body are the cable ones. Love cable for upper body, but for lower body I absolutely dislike it. I feel like I never do them right and I don't feel the right muscles and feels really strange. RDL is my absolute favorite lower body exercise.

Really helpful Krissy, THANK YOU!! I'm on leg day today and I was thinking what should I do. So I'll give this workout a try. Plus I follow for quite a time now and honestly the way you analyse and explain everything is so helpful and that's something not everyone is doing so THANK YOU FOR THAT!! I'm sorry but hearing you say we should focus on squats once a week is A RELIEF. I'm on your pump programme on Evolve You on the advanced level and I have to say, combined with your latest videos and this programme, you bring a comfort that I cannot explain when you tell us why we don't need to do certain things or do. Ahhhh thank you Krissy for speaking on the "squat once a week"! I do not lift super heavy but as more like a close to still beginner kinda person, I feel my muscle&joins (knees especially!) needs much more time to recover after lower body focused training than upper body focused ones!!

why other influencers cant be like these when explaining? why they are not as helpful and educational like you, instead they tell you what not to do, instead of sharing the benefits of whhy you have to do it. I used to do RDLs like Krissy and thanks to that technique I got a hernia👍 Never go this low, it will hurt your back.

Her back is Still in alignment nd her hips push back far enough to allow her. We are all built differently. I myself can't go that low purely due to my build but not the case for all. x
