Being 62 and having had knee and hip problems for years from sitting in heavy equipment all day it wasn't until I got out and started moving again and working those muscles and joints . Now at 62 I am back to doing squats and have no problem getting up and down or having pain in my knees or hips.

This is great. The muscle on the side of the leg is so weak on me. Doing this and some glute activations should help me.

Could you please include some exercises to target the upper abdomen ( the part that hangs over the belt )in your next video? That is my problem area. I see some for the lower abdomen and butt but it is harder to know what to do to firm up that area.

This is very helpful, thank you. Are there any other exercises that can help with patella pain? Doing squats and lunges hurts, though I can do warrior poses in yoga ok if I don’t let my knee go over my ankle. Edited-never mind, I found your runner’s knee video, that’s perfect

This is exact,y what I’ve been working on. Low back pain & knee issues. My PT gave me similar exercises. At first I was so inflamed I had to just lie on the floor on my back and my side. That first exercise you show with the bridge is really helpful. I have to go really slow & gentle or I get pain.

I had a yoga teacher tell me if the hip is making a "clunck" sound when I'm doing those side rotations, stop (that it's not helping. What do you say?

Our bodies certainly can make noise, but a clunk may mean a more serious issue. It would be great to get it looked at in person.

As those pains can be caused by various issues, it’s always good to check in with a doctor who knows your body if you are unsure.

I started the exercises on the floor and my dog was so delighted, he started humping my legs. 🤣 Needless to say that I stopped exercising. What an animal
