PART 2 -- Focused on the Tower, Lights, and Dash -- See what it takes to do a full rally tower installation on a KTM 500EXC to turn it into a super capable ultralight adventure bike (and it could be used as a rally bike too). The Nomad ADV tower gives the bike over 6000 lumens of LED lighting, a place for accessory power/switches/navigation and uses a 450RR Rally fairing to tame the wind at speed.

You usually do not find this, detailed video on towers great video 👍 What do you think about rally tower on adventure 390! Is it available in us eu or aus coz in India its not!

Thanks! I think the 390 is a bit on the heavy side for a bike that can actually do fast off road riding, but it’s great in stock form for dirt road casual riding

great videos! justa question: you have to drill the frame to mount the tower? or it's mounted without drilling frame using the hole already present? thanks!

Its mounted using the existing holes where the charcoal canister has vents coming out of. You do have to remove or drill through the charcoal canister in the frame though.

Could you reverse the light order so the big one would be on top ? Would they both be behind the screen then ? Thanks . Great build .

I don't think you would want to do that, the light would shoot into the screen and it lights up the edges of it which is really distracting in night riding.

Nope, they just give you wires and tell you to solder them.
