How to build false grip strength?

You can do easier exercises on the rings like false grip ring rows, bicep curls, and tricep extensions to prepare your joints. You can also do false grip holds in the top of the pull up, middle, and bottom dead hang(elbows locked out) positions. It took me a while to dead hang with it due to lack of mobility. Once you can dead hang in false grip for at least 30-45 seconds, you can try implementing false grip pull ups. After that, it's pretty much just technique. Hope this helps and good luck! @@AngelLoverErbil start using it for your pull ups would be the best, but since it's really really hard, I think you should start by dead hanging with the false grip until you get stronger with it
