We are deep into winter but still making progress on our farm and home build. Today we finish up the feed station with a stand to hold grain bins made out of used IBC totes and grain bins.

We are a couple who are building our own home from the ground up in the mountains of West Virginia. After living near the city our entire lives we finally decided to sell it all, pack up our 3 kids and live in an RV on our 73 acres while building our own debt free, off-grid house and learning to live a more self-reliant life.
Our house build is documented entirely on our main channel "Wild Wonderful Off-Grid" and our family life vlogs can be found on our secondary channel "Wild Wonderful After Show"

Erin, you "cold cracked Josh! I'm still laughing, having the look on his face when you did it imprinted on my mind. The playful antics you two share between one another not only adds fun to the hard tasks you are doing in inclement weather but make it easier to keep going and get through it. It also brings me a good feeling for the rest of my day after viewing.

So at almost 79 and a man, what’s left me I still have a great sense of humor almost Peed my pants power down yours is backside I laughed like hell that was funny I haven’t seen anything like that in a long time you guys a great fun to watch and you enjoy each other’s company and have a lovely family. I have a great evening .we just got ourselves in the Vicinity of 24 inches of snow yeah that would be the East Coast . That’s a no no 4 me, can no longer lift a shovel full of snow.So now I mostly with vicariously through you young folks doing this I have done years ago anyway you don’t stop filming don’t stop gift horse in the round because I enjoy it and then it was great mom you got you got him good.

I just noticed that when Leon is looking his most regal self, he resembles one of the ancient Egyptian sphinxes that depicted a ram's head and Leon could have been the model for that ancient stone sculptor! No biggie, I know, but he just caused a flashback for this less than regal Old One when I visited Egypt back in the early '50's. And, yes, like Josh, we will all notice the slight difference in alignment for the feed bins, lol 🙂

So enjoyable to see your farm infrastructure come together. Was wondering why the barn is so far from the house but it's probably because of odors? Love that Ellie writes to her grandma! I started watching when your first video started. I have not stopped. It's really the only one I watch. I truly it's the chemistry of you and Josh and your family as a whole bring us. I truly believe that is why I'm still watching and can't wait always for your next. Thank so much to allow me to be part of it. I am a retired engineer with a master's in Avonics, and a degree computer systems and design. It's nice to put that behind me and enjoy a beautiful family doing something beautiful. I do though enjoy Josh's electrical Skill.

I have been watching since the initial land clearing and you guys have grown so much and your building talents have been over the top. I have enjoyed your site and your videography has improved so much over the years and is now on the professional level. I really love how you incorporate the wildlife, the farm animals, nature, pets and the kids into your videos. You have a beautiful loving relationship with each other and the kids. For the cover, add a 2 foot Stainless steel Wire screwed into each between the cover and the unit, I have seen wind take the Cover and I still have never found the cover

Thanks for sending snow up to Connecticut. We had the Blizzard on Saturday. Temps 4 degrees, 56 mph winds and 27 inches of snow. I'm going to sleep like a bear and wake up in the Spring. Nothing stops you from getting things done, even in the snow. Blessings.

You might want to consider attaching a small Shute to the openings in your feed bins. One that sticks out 5-6 inches to make filling buckets much easier. Love your posts and look forward to watching them whenever you sent them out, thank you.
