I think you’re looking for confirmation of a coverup but absolutely nothing has suggested that there was a fight in that house, absolutely nothing. And what the defense has been saying for over a year, that there was feud over Colin Albert walking over John Okeefe’s lawn was false, along with the picture of the Albert’s joking about being on his lawn in the photo being a serious issue was also proven false. The dog, that the defense wanted us to believe was “rehomed” aka killed so it couldn’t be used as evidence was proven false also.

It's been mostly responding to the prosecutor's case via cross examination so far, so the defense hasn't had much room to present evidence like its own expert testimonies or eyewitness accounts. We only have the word of the Alberts so far on that being a joke. We don't know how other people saw it, especially O'Keef, and if it was ever said for them to stop it. We also don't know if despite the dog still being alive if the defense team was told where she was or if their attempts to examine the dog were cooperated with. Yeah, the defense hasn't given hard hitting evidence or a compelling motive yet. But that doesn't mean they can't. It's also not their case to prove. Their case is reasonable doubt that Karen Reed did it. So far, they've done pretty great at that, especially considering that the prosecution hasn't given any compelling evidence themselves so far.

Their leaking of things like Chloe the dog being killed so it couldn’t be used as evidence is 100% false now. My mind is changing, but I don’t think anything was intentional in Karen Reads part.

The defense opening was one of the best I've ever heard. Opening line... Karen was framed. Next, telling the jury to "wait for us". Letting the jury know they would be coming with a real defense. The prosecution has done nothing to counter that.

Correct. And I think colin initially got in a tussle with him... Then maybe other adult or adults jumped in to assist colin because of family ties ect.... And then the dog also jumps in and bites the arm.... And possibly things got out of hand and they used something to hit him over his head.... Knocking him out cold... Or maybe as an attempt to get the dog away from attacking him John hits or kicks the dog..... Maybe causing the dog to cry and run off... And that sends the wife into a fury... As we could see on stand today she got very pissy at the mention of the dog.. And how she had to rehome him.... So I'd imagine if john did hit or kick the dog... Even in an attempt to defend himself of a dog attack... She'd still get very angry at the sight of someone "hurting" her dog... And maybe her husband or others saw how mad she got and snapped and attacked John in retaliation.... Because for many dogs are just like family.... And I def could see someone killing a guy if they hit or kicked the family dog. Even if that dog started the attack.....

I'm thinking something similar.....they sparred with John (Chloe was attacking his arm) and they smashed his skull bad and John laid unconscious on the basement floor. Jen McCabe does a Google search to find out how long it takes for someone to die in the cold. That search happened @ 2:40am. At that same time frame, the town plow drives by the house plowing and says under oath that he did NOT see over 6 foot tall John on the front lawn. He's still in the basement. The Alberts/McCabes decide before the plow comes down the street again to plow to put unconscious John on the front lawn to die from exposure. He does. The plow guy returns within a couple of hours and now he sees a Ford EDGE parked on the street in front of the Albert's house. The plow guy has to drive far around that car because the actual plow is wider than the plow truck itself, and that Ford EDGE is parked exactly where John's body was found. They put the car there purposely to keep the plow guy from seeing John.

I dunno, i would also be snarky and defensive if someone killed their boyfriend in my front yard, called me to help them find them, said “I hit him” multiple times on scene, then made our lives a living hell by propagating a lie that our family did it and covered it up. I’m not saying that’s what happened, just that if Karen killed John, then these people have a right to be pissed beyond belief right now

O'Keefe's arm had injuries consisting of scratch marks and such and doesn't look like a vehicle hit him. No injuries to his stomach. Just looked like he was beat up. His shoe was missing. None of the party goers saw him on the lawn and someone inside the house searched 'how long to die in the cold'. Like what the hell? How are we supposed to believe any of these witnesses that outright lie on the stand when they all TOOK an OATH to tell the TRUTH and nothing but the truth?? We're supposed to believe she killed her boyfriend because a bunch of liars said she did? That she said those things but none of what she said was recorded/written down anywhere? That one of those officers kept changing his testimony about what she said and never wrote anything of what she said the day she said it? Yeah, none of them are credible and I find it hard to believe anyone can believe the prosecution's case when they haven't shown a lick of evidence to prove she did what they said she did. I mean, the investigation is shoddy. Collecting blood in solo cups from the neighbors? How do they know where those cups had been? Then leaving them in an open paper shopping bag right next to a car? It’s pretty close to the narrative I’ve created in my head. It’s weird that we are all creating a narrative to make all of the pieces fit together when the prosecution should have created a narrative that laid out the whole case. A trial is very similar to a puzzle. The prosecution shows you the picture on the box. Then gives you the pieces to start putting the puzzle together. They explain each piece and why it goes where. And in the end hopefully it all comes together and looks like the picture on the front of the box. This case looks like a daycare puzzle table at the end of a hectic day. Torn boxes and jumbled puzzle pieces are scattered all over the place. Nothing makes sense.

I find it odd that Brian Albert did not have cameras and security at his home and. And allowing his doors to be left unlocked, even if I had five kids? And the people that lived across the street and over a little bit, the people they got the red “evidence” Solo cups from, they had cameras, but they were not working at that time. L O L. I really do just think it unbelievable that a cop would allow his home to be so vulnerable. But on the other hand, maybe he’s been such a bad ass cop that he knows no one has the nerve to rob his house. My sister used to get really irritated at me when I would visit them. They didn’t lock their doors when they came in the house. I never understood. her excuse was well with you know, like Brian Albert, we’ve got two kids and you know we can’t make them lock the doors. I am single, and I’ll automatically lock my door every time I come in. When I got married, that drove my husband crazy, because whenever for example with bringing in groceries, and bringing a sack and with my other hand close, and automatically locked the door. Poor darling to wait five seconds for me to come back to the door and unlock it. But he was insanely jealous and I think he thought I was doing all kind of funny stuff with my body without him. yeah, long story divorced him thankfully.

I heard it through the grapevine that the judges brother or father, can't recall which one, was the lawyer for Chris Albert back in the 90s when Chris Albert was involved in a hit and run where the person he hit had died from his injuries. Surprisingly charges were minimal, no time served. I believe he had been drinking too. I do need to verify this is a fact However this is what is going around... I would not be surprised..

I do not think Karen Read will testify. I don’t see a need for her to do that. All they really have against her is saying I hit him did I hit him? I don’t know if I hit him, those people that heard those things may have misunderstood, probably misunderstood. I think the cops and everybody in the house, and that was at the restaurants have told so many lies it put lots of doubt on everything they say. I don’t think there’s anything that Karen can contribute to her case by testifying.
