I LOVE THE VIDEO, and here's WHY, as young man I rowed a boat so many times, setting cray pots and set nets. I was fit as and up into mid life in a heavy work style...... Now in late 60's, with a Pot stomach, and weak knees , I need to move and lose the weight. ( 96kg).... DEIT = Did I eat that. Yes I do eat well but I understand that I need to move SO MUCH MORE. Have brought a Treadmill, and done some walking, I WILL ADD some of your exercises, and see how I get on. Cheers to all, have a Great 2023.

To all of those asking if this is safe for diastasis recti: work on your glutes first. If you go straight for the lower abs/belly but your glutes and lower pelvic floor muscles aren't engaging properly you risk making DR worse.

Exactly right, i noticed the same whe she said 100 , but actually only showed us 3 diff. Exercises for 75 . I would of liked to see the 4th. , if there is one .
