Dude. I'm no LA fan, but you must have quit after an hour lol. The combat is amazing and it's an ARPG. It sounds like you just don't like games like Diablo. The major issues with this game don't present themselves until max level. This game is p2w as all hell, and I hate it, but dude. You gotta atleasy play an mmo for a few hours before reviewing it.

I remember playing this game and honestly yelling "Oh my fucking god, shut the hell up!" at the screen during the tutorial with the priest speaking.

You have a mokoko buff which came just recently for new players.. you deal 20% damage and recieve 40% less, was not always like this 😅

I applaud your perseverance - I loaded this, got across the light bridge, started whacking the cannon fodder which I guess was supposed to get me used to pressing buttons like maybe I didn't know what a keyboard was, and was so underwhelmed that I just uninstalled right there. A game that relies on that many bright lights three minutes into the game is not a good bet.

You know what they say: "just... just get past the first couple levels and... it'll be GOOD!" XD Actually confusing this, I only heard that Lost Arc was such a banger and people loves its gameplay... and that is super "pay-to-progress" (which apparently is a new term for pay-to-win...?) or grindy to the point that you lose the ability to live a normal life outside the game... But yeah, from what I've heard, they butchered the story in the western release by Amazon... but there wasnt much story to begin with, so yeah... But thats third party hearsay, I never touched the game myself, so... yeah... This certainly doesnt make we want to pick it up any time soon...

I do love how much you hated this game. For the month I played it I enjoyed it, it is very mindless with flashy lights, but I am a magpie. Also when you get to the raids in it we found a graphical setting to turn off others spell effects because they get even worse later on!

I downloaded it yesterday and feel like i wasted 2 hours on it. The only good things about this game are the storyline and the allies you help and /or run with, and the fact it has no lags, even on high performance settings. I wish Last Epoch or Path Of Exile had the same smoothness.

Lost ark, the first 6-10 hours really are crap. Then it becomes pretty fun, then it becomes boring and very repetitive. For what it's worth, I had some fun with the bfg class.

I have about 300 hours in this game. It turns into the most repetitive mmo I've ever played when you get to tiers 1-3. Logging in everyday running chaos dungeons 3 times to get an attempt to upgrade gear gets old quick. You can literally buy gold from the in game store if that tells you anything. Just use gold sellers if you want gold. Much cheaper. You have to buy gold unless you want to spends months grinding. That default sorceress skin at the start of the game costs 10-20k gold FOR EACH PIECE. Absolute p2w cash grab. This game would be so much better with a 15 dollar a month sub and have players actually play to progress instead of everyone buying gear. Most high ranked players have paid real money. If they say they did it all for free, they're lying.

this game was supposed to be good, i remeber waiting for like 10 years for it, some of the developers are from the creators of chrono cross and final fantasy series but its sucks, too korean for my taste, same goes to tree of savior, that was from the creators of ragnarok online, you should review Tree of Savior (2016) imo was good at the beginning but some of the updates screw it and ppl stop playing it

you need tell me what better mmo is out there than lost ark. in gameplay lost ark is the more fun to play, storie is meh or ok, like any other mmo out there.
