Hey guys! In this weeks video we're using the baba ganoush we made last video to make CREAMY, and FLAVORFUL pasta salad using hardly any mayonnaise at all! As always this recipe is GLUTEN FREE and it can be easily adapted to be DAIRY FREE too! Just skip the feta cheese ;) I hope you guys like this recipe and I cant wait to hear from you in the comments!

Do you know how to tell a male from female aubergine-aka, eggplant-by any chance?

Hi! So male eggplants have a round spot at the bottom and females look more like a line. The males have less seeds, which makes them better to cook with, but either one will work just fine.😉

In low-FODMAP I have come to believe-in my case at least-my IBS/IBD etc digestive problems drastically improve if I do not consume any Nightshades at all-if you know what I mean. Which brings me to the male/female aubergines. In other words, SEEDS are notorious for messing with the Microbiota in our guts. Now, that is what works for yours truly.
