Hey guys! Today on the channel I'm showing you how to squeeze every last bit of sustenance and flavor out of your labor. I'm talking about meal prep of course! We're using the bits most people throw away to make sauce, soup and so much more! I'm also going to show you how to mix up your meal prep so you never have to eat the same meal twice!
