2021 has gifted us with amazing surprises and opportunities! On Ale's birthday we had lunch at one of our idols': Heston Blumenthal, the British chef who revolutionised the last 25 years of the world's cuisine!
In his The Fat Duck, 3 Michelin stars and 2005 world's best restaurant, we tasted his famous "Heston's World of Curiosity" menu, dedicated to Christmas.
We did so together with Anna (find out who she is in the first episode of "Trip to London" • Winter Wonderland e Bo... ) and, above all, Stefano who guided us through this FA-BU-LOUS journey!
Who's Stefano?
What's multi-sensory cuisine?
Why is Alessia crying in this video's intro?
We'll tell you in this long documentary dedicated to The Fat Duck!
