Hi! I just binged this series, it's a lot of fun! :) Here's some advice if you want it:

A couple of tips for the nether and the fortress if you are interested. 1) Trade with piglins and see if you can get some fire resistance potions. That will protect you from the blazes shooting at you (and lava!). 2) Wither skeletons (the grey ones with swords) are 3 blocks tall. Block off areas with 2 block high openings and they can't reach you. 3) The blue mushroom (warped fungus WILL keep the hoglins away, but only if it is planted in the ground. Just holding it in one hand won't work.

for the few times you mentioned worrying about your stuff despawning. items despawn in 5 minutes if the area is "loaded" i.e. you're within a certain distance of it.

I stumbled upon the series and just reached this episode today. it has been a journey, you have progressed well. KUDOS. can't wait for more. tip: when you move items from the chest to inventory and back if items of the same kind are scattered(eg: bread item scattered in the chest); you can double click one item and it selects and groups all of them together so that it is easier to move back and forth. this will help in the speed you interact with chests. esp in high-pressure situations

Night Vision potions are pretty handy when you go caving. But without a shulker box they can take up a lot of space in your inventory. Tip: Bring some soul sand back from the nether. You can plant netherwarts on it near your house, and you can grow them there.

-you can get ton of golden carrots from maxed-lvl (farmer) villager that uses a composter as workbench by just having a pumpkin farm

I really love watching you videos. But if there’s one thing I could complain about, it’s you dying ALL THE TIME 😂. Some tips I have for you which I really hope u see this comment, and use because it’s literallly so effortless, is; (1) secure your ground. Especially in nether. If there’s an opening for you to possibly fall, block it. This also means wallbuilding around you while waking a path. Always have a safe ground to stand on, and if a skeleton surprisingly hits you, you don’t fall to your death. (2)and if you’re about to enter an “dangerous” area, aka blaze of whatever mobs, make yourself an escape room of 2x2 with an opening out and just have one block ready in your inventory if you need to use it, so you can block the entrance if you need to back out and run inside. I see the most reasons you die is because your not making yourself an escape or safe zone. And second, REMEMBER EATING BREE, and make sure your HEARTS are FULL before you run out again or back.

If the only reason you're wanting to make a gold farm is so you can make your own golden carrots, you might instead want to look into villager trading. It really is a game changer. If you get a farmer to max level, you can buy golden carrots from him. That's how I always get mine, and always have a stack of golden carrots for munching.

30 feltiching tables and you decide to go searching for flint to make arrows. You can sell feltchers sticks for emeralds and then buy arrows from them. It’s all a learning curve though and I’ve enjoyed every minute so far. I feel bad for you at times when you lose your stuff or levels but your reactions and attitude are awesome.

I wouldn't bother with the gold farm yet - you're in the early game still. A gold farm is a pretty massive build. You only really need it if you plan on doing MASSIVE trading with the piglins, which can be worth it later. But right now it's a lot of work - you have to get above the roof of the nether, which itself is tricky because it's not something the devs ever actually intended - it's only through exploiting a glitch that you can even get up there. And then you have to be sure to build a nether portal up there right away so you can get back. It's all kind of difficult. I've been playing for years and never bothered building one. Unless you are talking about the kind of "farm" that's basically just digging a 3x3 hole in the ground of the nether with a pillar in the center, then standing on the pillar and shooting zombie piglins so they all come attack you and fall in the hole where you can kill them. That one's easy, but you're probably gonna die a lot trying to use that method.

Enchanted golden apple is one of most rarest item in the game. we can't craft it.
