Wow...i know this...It's called Stick training to condition your nerves all over the body. During fights when he gets punch he won't feel that much pain. This stuff is not for the timid.

I love this pain back when I was training combat karate and jiu-jitsu my teacher conditions us with this but with flat bamboo stick taped in one side so it would provide sound but this is next level. Kursor Everybody needs not to get hit cleanly. But in the sports, we don't have any assurance that you won't get hit. So the next best thing is to train the body. If you're weak in one area, then you need to toughen up that specific area a little more than other areas.
