Mashhurda - Uzbek meat soup with mash and rice. Very nourishing and nutritious, but most importantly, very tasty soup!
INGREDIENTS (KAZAN 3 LITERS):
Meat - 500 g .;
Carrots - 2 pcs .;
Onion - 2 pcs .;
Mash - 200 g (pre-soak for 24 hours);
Rice - 100 g .;
Potatoes - 2 pcs .;
Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs .;
Tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
Garlic - 4 cloves;
Zira (cumin) - to taste;
Coriander - to taste;
Paprika - to taste;
Salt - to taste;
Vegetable oil (sunflower, refined) - 50-70 ml .;
Water - depending on the need of mash and rice.
