Memoni Aloo Chana Chaat is spicy, tangy and full of hot street food taste. It is also a healthy snack. Take a bite and you will feel so many flavors bursting in your mouth that you can’t stop - you want more and more.
Ingredients;
1 cup black chickpeas
2 medium onions chopped
2 medium potatoes boiled, peeled, cut in small pieces, dye the potatoes in orange food coloring (optional)
1/4 tsp asafoetida (heeng) mix it in 1 tbsp of water
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup tamarind pulp (Imalee ka pani)
3 green chilies sliced
1 ½ tsp roasted ground cumin seeds (bhuna pisa zeera)
2 tsp roasted ground coriander seeds (bhuna pisa sabut dhania)
1 ½ tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder (Amchur powder)
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
