Definitely one of the best episodes! Michelle is incredible and so is her story. You could see how in awe Sam was of her through this whole interview (and so were we). I still can’t believe Lauren James did that at the World Cup, but kudos to Michelle for how she handled it. Pure class

What a great role model and a perfect well rounded soccer player! Always loved watching her play! She’s an amazing, intelligent human being! And I love how Sam asks such deep, thoughtful questions that bring out the emotion of soccer. She’s a great conversationalist and these players have no problem opening up to her!

Hello Sam. What a great story of being willing to go to the ends of the earth for your dream, then having it fall in your lap. Michelle is nobody's doormat and you can feel you can see her intelligence coming out at you. Being English, that Nigerian team really gave our team a run for their money. The penalties were something else. Since there were no pudding references, can I mention that Yorkshire lasses scored two, before Chloe Kelly's hop, skip and thump! The poor Nigerian goalkeeper, who was then consoled by her opponents, in for me another "moment" of the competition.

Absolutely amazing interview, as they all have been on this brilliant podcast. Listening to what these women have gone through and are still going through for the love of the game is just awesome. As a working class man, they certainly earn my total respect as women, athletes, and well rounded human beings. That is why I love the women's game so much, because it is real. I gave up watching the men's game years ago when the money and the ego's went through the stratosphere. I just wasn't interested in watching guys who earn more in five minutes than I do in a month. I really hope that the women's game continues to grow, but hope that it stays sensible and grounded, and not turn into the grotesque money driven circus that the men's game has become. As for Michelle Alozie, she shouldn't be wearing a Houston Dash or a Nigerian jersey. She should be wearing a Superwoman cape! Keep up the great work, Sam. I just can't get enough of this show and all the positive vibes! Respect!

Alozie is a lovely and great ambassador of Nigeria female soccer team. She is also invloved is medical research. She has demonstrated that having a goal directrd life helps quite alot. I love her insight into the "no gree for anybody" on field attitude of Nigerians. I wish the super Falcons and Houston Dash some silverware in 2024.

Nigeria 🇳🇬 🇳🇬 🇳🇬 outplayed England. They didnt go toe to toe. We dominated the game. We out possessed then. We were more technical and skilful. Our Goal keeper was way better and their star player Lauren james was made to look like an U13 player . That is how good the Nigerian Super Falcons is

Very good interview. We love Michelle. The way she talks about playing for Nigeria is so heartfelt, that you can’t help but love her. Nigeria did qualify for the Olympics, so we’re very proud of the team. I also want to mention that Sam Mewis is a great interviewer. The questions actually helped make this interview. Watched her on the USWNT for a long time, but didn’t know she was this talented outside of soccer.
