Stand in the middle of the trampoline with feet slightly wider than hips distance. Roll your shoulders back and brace your core. Make sure to spring off the whole foot, not just toes or heels. As you jump slightly tuck knees up toward your chest, landing back on the mat. Swing arms in opposition for counter balance.
GET THE MOST out of a trampoline workout ➡️ focus on the down bounce and stay low. That’s where we’re going to get all of your effort and activation. This type of bouncing forces you to engage your core, glutes, and lower body, allowing you to strengthen all three areas at the same time. Always press into your heels. It will help you stabilize and stay grounded on your trampoline.

Been rebounding for years on metal spring rebounders and bungee rebounders..The Bungee style is King..This is such a overlooked fitness resource for balance,coordination and Immune System..Love your videos Michelle..Thank you for sharing

I cannot believe I took/taught this class/workshop more than 20 years ago and it’s still popular. It was so much fun to teach. It was called Urban Rebounding. A guys named JB Burns created the programming. He said astronauts used it to help prepare for space travel. I don’t know if that’s true but it was fun!!

I much prefer the Cellercizer spring trampoline. Less twisting of the ankles and seems like a much better workout with springs.

I have two cellercisers but thinking of getting a jumpsport. I am so te se I feel like it makes it worse, I love how fast it tones up but I think I might do bungees first then go back to my cellerciser

I wear socks to protect the rebounder. Years of accumulation of exfoliating skin from your feet and natural oils on the bottom of your feet is not great for the bouncing surface. How can you clean that? That’s my opinion. If some are concerned about socks, being slippery, you can wear the kind of socks that have grippers on the bottom. Having your foot free from shoes is better for your feet.

I’m a senior with back issues. I recently got a rebounder with a bar. I’m not very stable yet and Im afraid ti jump so i like march going from one foot to the other. Trying to increase my time at this point. Any suggestions?

Don’t give up. Keep going. As you keep going you will get better balance and do well. Make sure to stop and hold on before getting off. Best of luck. God bless

Why does no one talk about the pee that comes out while rebounding? I had 3 babies, no prolapse, I can do the health bounce all day. But the moment I jump like this, the pee just falls out. When does this stop happening? I got the rebounder to help with this issue.

I read some other comments on other people’s posts about rebounders and saw people who said after a few days of bouncing they were no longer feeling like they had to pee when jumping. They said they felt like it helped them with their bladder issues and that they felt better. Maybe it will be the same for you
