My rebounder was delivered yesterday. My Christmas gift to myself. I do strength workouts 3 mornings a week. I am 79 years old and working to keep going for many more years. I will be using your workouts! Thank you!

I’m anxiously awaiting delivery of my Bellicon rebounder. 4 to 5 weeks for delivery from Germany unfortunately 😢. I’m 72 and have balance issues and chronic fatigue. I’m currently in remission from lymphoma and hoping for lymphatic drainage assistance and increased zest for exercise with the rebounder. Good luck to all of us.

Very encouraging. I am 69 this year and want to do the same. We don’t stop playing because we get old… we get old because we stop playing. Just started today. Struggled through the beginners but I’ll get there. Any workout is better than none

I’ve tried following along with several of these so-called “beginner” rebounder routines and they’re all too intense and move too quickly for someone like me who has been sedentary for a long time. I hurt my back doing one half hour routine (from a different channel) that was supposedly for beginners. What I found works best for me is to put on my headphones, select my favourite playlist and put on the timer for 30 minutes and then just bounce and freestyle it. I’m following my body’s cues when to speed up and slow down and not an instructor. I’ve lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks so far by doing it this way, along with tracking my food intake to maintain a daily calorie deficit. I like to watch videos like this to get ideas for new moves to keep my daily rebounding fresh and interesting and challenging to my body.

What I love about my new BCAN 40" trampoline is that the instructions kzfaq.infoUgkxJ9gj6zjuYQvwe_l9UB_7kOOVd_fIIC5Q and video were easy to follow and setup. A little maneuvering necessary, but all of the steps needed were included. The trampoline is sturdy and I love the ability it has to fold down to store away. The handle bar is perfect for stability and maintaining alignment. I just received this morning and set up within the hour. It was not difficult, but you need to watch the video and read through instructions prior to putting together. I'm already using and love that you can get cardio workout in 10 minutes, and it's fun to do. I plan to use everyday and will test out it's durabiity to withstand my 110 lbs. If special exercises could be posted for use with the BCAN, that woud be an added bonus! So far, I'm loving my new BCAN trampoline and looking forward to using it for many years.

This is not only good for a beginner, but also for a "seasoned" one. Today, I just needed a gentle jump without much choreography. This is definitely a good one.

This was my first real workout on the rebounder 8 months pp....i could only do about 5 mins, i started to lose connection of my core. but this was great!!! I used to hate cardio but the trampoline makes it so much fun and time goes by way quicker!

I bought a workout/rebounder trampoline today after work for several reasons and this is the first workout I've done. I made it 8 minutes before my legs felt like Jell-O 😅. Great workout!

Hi, Thanks for that, i have had my rebounder waiting 5 months for me to start using it, I used to be a dancer and dance non stop 10 hours full on a few times a week,now i have been having trouble walking up the stairs feeling out of breath, i enjoyed this and dont feel over worked and it helped also hearing " you are amazing" at the moments i was feeling tired , that helped give me a boost

First time working out on my tramp. I've jumped a bit on it a few times over the years, but this was the first time watching and participating in a guided workout. Perfect for me, thank you. It was a stretch at times for sure. There's more coordination and balance involved than I anticipated. You have been saved to my new Tramp Workout playlist. I'll see you again tomorrow.

Told you I'd see you again tomorrow. It was easier after watching and doing once before. But it's still a push to get the timing and balance down. I can see this is a great video to watch while building a base of technique and calf strength and flexibility.

Very, very good workout. With this workout I can do again and again until I can do it at maximum capacity. Because of this it will never get boring. I like how you built up from very basic to advanced especially in the beginning. I am at the basic level. Thank you for uploading.

Did this today after not getting on the trampoline for months. I think the last time I tried, it was cold and my legs were so stiff I gave up 😳. Anyway, thanks for this which encouraged me to try doing it again. I need to face my fear!

Loved it. I am brand new to rebounding. I did this after your 20 min cardio. Lots of moves to learn. For an athletic person I found my coordination a little off but just something more for me to learn 🎉

Hi Michelle, I purchased my trampoline 7/2020 during covid -19, which worked well. Post covid from time to time, I would pull out my 250 Jumpsport along with gym works. Really liked It! First time ever doing It (on my son's new trampoline!) Could not do the knee Up with my left, not even heel Up but Will keep trying. My right leg IS weaker due to back injury and spine surgery so I Will keep trainning. Thanks again! Great work out for a begginer!

Make sure you're doing strength moves for you legs...like straight leg lifts (can use ankle weights or just your bodyweight, squats, wall sit, lunges). Barre workouts are a great option too. 14-Day Beginner Trampoline Series starts Feb 6😉

@@MichelleBriehler I bought it probably 6-9 months ago. I tried it out a few times but wasn’t mentally ready for it and it eventually ended up in the closet, as it was a reminder of my failure. I actually bought it after some adult beverages, thinking, “oh I can do this,” bc it looked so easy and fun. Well doesn’t everything after a few drinks! I finally got my rear in gear and started exercising with a purpose on July 1. I’m adding in the rebounder to the routine for August and I’m so happy I did. Now, I’ve only done two days. However, I’m trying to determine which is better, shoes or no shoes? I wore shoes yesterday and after about 10 minutes I had horrible arch pain and had to walk it off. That didn’t work so I had to take them off. I feel the shoes give me more support since I have weak ankles from sports. I’m rambling. What are are thoughts on shoes verses no shoes? Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.

I am a large lady and I bought the trampoline for workouts as I need to lose weight and get fitter. I find it hard to even get a bounce but I'm determined I will do it! Looking forward to getting fitter 😊

This is the first workout I’ve done in over a year. I’ve lost 100lbs by changing my diet. It’s way past time I started exercising. My 9yr old daughter and I did this one today. Made it to the point you pick up your leg. Not ready for that, but I’ll keep working on it. Fun way to exercise. 😊

Thanks for the workout Michelle! I got my very first rebounder this Xmas and today was my first time on it. I did the whole workout but my feet are tired (yes my feet!🤣) guess my little feet muscles aren’t used to this type of exercise. Well, there gonna get used to it from now on👍

This video is great. I have used a rebounder for years. It became my pandemic means of exercise, but I normally just do the same boring little bounce. Also, I need to find an industrial strength sports bra, then I may really try to go for it. I also like your upbeat music. Thank you.

First bounces on my first rebounder was this video!! Great way to get to know my rebounder and myself woooo sweating outside and definitely feel all the muscles in my feet 🙃 sure this will go away with consistencyyyy. This was really cool! Gawd I could feel my core afterwards! I have just a cheapie sports trampoline though and I felt it was a bit harsh on my ankles on the single leg kicks and knees. Might have to invest and get a more expensive one!

Hi Michelle! A newbie w the trampoline, but so excited !! I’m struggling w the balance aspect ! I have a bar that I hold onto , but was wondering if I keep at it will my balance improve! Goal is to loose the bar completely! Thank you for any advice!
