This was literally impossible since he used his muscle so much that small nerves exploded. Humans use 40% of their muscles because more than it harms the body. Salute to this guy!
@AtroFear
@AtroFear Жыл бұрын
Well that number varies from person to person depending on a lot of factors, genetics being one of the more important ones. Also, when you're in a flight or fight response with huge amounts of adrenaline pumping in your body, you're actually able to use close to 100% of your muscles. Evolution does not create muscles which you can never use more than 40% off of. The nosebleed doesn't really have anything to do with using more muscles per say. It's just that these athletes are operating at the absolute top edge of human strength. "Normal" people do not experience that nowhere near as frequently as strongmen and there are tons of health issues with being a strongman at this insane size. You will see more and more strange bodily effects which are mostly unknown because of course, very few men on this earth are this strong and this big.
@01TacocaT10

@@AtroFearalso especially considering all elite strongmen are taking heavy doses of steroids, which is a blood thinner, he would be more prone to nose bleeds. All this on top of the immense pressure from bracing during a deadlift caused his nosebleed to be as intense as it was. But that immense pressure is no joke and this lift will always be legendary for the shear will power to get it up. Definitely one of my favorite lifts

A ton of pressure builds up when you lift that kind of weight. He's got thin blood vessels in his nose that are sucepible to popping, that's why. It's just a nosebleed though, he's fine.
@CrimeEnjoyer
@CrimeEnjoyer 2 жыл бұрын
It's pretty common at this level. You're flexing so many muscles in the body that your blood pressure rises enough to pop the nasal cavity's fragile blood vessels. Some people get blood-shot eyes too.
