this exercise, 3 times a day + no packet foods + simple diet + cumin water with lemon = 7-8 kg weight loss in month (personal experience)

Started on 6th March 2024, lost 1.5kg after a week with a calorie deficit diet. I dont count the calorie but usually drink shakes/ a bowl of cereal in the morning then I skip lunch and for dinner i eat whatever I want. My tummy has reduced significantly and I will continue doing for another week and update on the progress!

Thank you Mizi!! I have been doing this workout for about 3 months(?) And I was 211 lbs (96kg) And now i weigh in at 185 lbs (84kg) to people asking if it works. It does!! Thank you again Mizi. EDIT: I have gained the weight back. (it is 100% my fault, nothing to do with Mizi or her content.) So, i'm doing this workout every other day (Or every day) untill April 2024. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I DON'T DO THE ENTIRE 30 MINUTES IN ONE ROUND, I DO 10 TAKE A BREAK, AND SO ON. (I still do the entire workout in 1 day though.) DAY 1: I felt way more relaxed after the workout, and it did kinda feel like I lost an inch or 2(?) (This is likely not true.) To the people asking what diet I did: I didn't really do a diet. I just made sure half my plate was vegetables and a 1/4 grain, 1/4 protein. I also stayed away from added sugar. (I still ate natural sugar.

My current weight - 82 My ideal weight - 60 My waist size - 38 My ideal waist size - 30 I will do the excercise and will update you Day 1- ✅I did another excercise which was meant for beginners but when I didn't my body got sore so hard (it was of 20min) Day 2-✅ I did this excercise and I didnt even realise when the time passed...my body feel lot better from yesterday's pain..I am sweating too much and this excercise is a hit boss!!! It's worth a try ... I will do this only and update you all for a month so hit a like for daily updates and transformation Day 3 - ✅i thought to try 20 min exercise but nothing happened no sweating..so i did this complete excercise...sp totally 50 min...i never knew i can do this much... tho my body sore so much I couldn't scratch my back but still i did...but year i could feel my body burning i van feel the heat coming from my body so that's mean the fat is burning...you all can also so just be determined!!!! Fighting 💪 Day 4 - ✅went pretty good i sweat s lot ... Currently I am including walking also because my muscles doesn't hurt much Day 5 - ✅ did it... and wanna do more so i will do that 12 min side fat burn out video...i am not focusing on changes right now...i will see the results 1 month later only... But one thing i can tell is that this excercise gonna be amazing because i sweat like hell rn... And i can feel heat from my body.. I don't follow any diet just excercise...keep liking for updates Day 6 - ❌ it was raining so I didn't went for excercise Day 7 - ✅ I did excercise and it was good Day 8 - ❌ i didn't went since I was so tired from yesterday's work Day 9 - ✅ it was a great weather so windy i enjoyed doing the excercise ...i will also do 12min side fat loose exercise Day 10- ✅ did this and 12min side fat loose exercise...but didn't sweat much maybe my body got habit of it Day 11- ✅ i thought to just sleep but i just woke up with the motivation to loose weight... And did excercise again didn't got too much sweat maybe now due to monsoon in morning the wind is cold... But i can feel heat coming from my body Day 12- ✅ did this without can other excercise Day 13- ✅ wasn't in mood so did walking for 25 min Day 14- ✅ did this only for 20 min Day 15 - just din normal walking I kinda stoped doing it ...it was time ok month....and I didnt had weight machine so couldn't check so I will start again and try to be regular 4 aug Day 1 -

Its been one month I am doing this kind of work out, I’ve lost so many inches especially on my arms, love handle and tummy, even though according to my weight scale I only lost 2kg, but I am satisfied with my inches lost, thanks for the video mizi!! Day 1 complete, had to take breaks every 10 minutes and make variations of the movements due to lack of space and pain in arms from previous exercises but can’t wait for day 2. Burned 383 calories, would be more if I hadn’t taken breaks but I had to listen to my body☺️ edited: already completed 5 days, had to stop unfortunately due to personal reasons. Can’t wait to restart

Two weeks: this exercise (5-6 times a week) + Mizi's shorter one for stomach (every day) and my own for biceps, walking at least 16,000 steps a day + structured calorie deficit diet and 4 kilos down (mostly fat).

Well, I walk to work and from work. That's about 9000 steps. My job also allows me to walk during the day. If I miss my walk, I watch a movie and také my earphones and walk around the room during the movie 😂. I can do 12000-16000 steps during one movie.

I decided to start a weightloss journey today. I weigh 93 kg at 18 years old and I'm sick of it! I love myself as I am, but I can't stand being out of breath and my body aching all the time. I want to figure skate, I want to be free. It's monday today, the perfect occasion to start. I told myself: "Just do it until Sunday, then we'll see how I feel. Seven days go fast, you can do it!" Day 1: Started to get really out of breath at 8 minutes, but told myself to just push it through. At 21 minutes I feel like a squished cockroach. Sweat is dripping all over, it's a nice feeling. This is the first time I have participated in your workout, Mizi! I started a few days ago, i am full of sweating, I reduce a few grams. and I feel better to breathe properly, especially when going up and down stairs, now it helps me to reduce my cholesterol. at first i felt the whole body pain in 3 days. but now i feel better after doing this kind of exercise. thank you very much Mizi.

My 31 min workout done along with a 1 min rest in every 5 mins...as i am a beginner never moved my body so much. Feeling so fresh and light already. Assigning my first day 6 August,2024. Going to take my body photo transformation. Taking a 15 day challenge will update soon. Day 1 ✅️ Day 2 ✅️ Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️(started taking only one rest at 15 mins) Day 5 ✅️ Day 6 (got rest as it was sunday) Day 7 ✅️ Day 8 ✅️ ( took no break and finished in one go...so proud of myself, I was feeling a bit tired today as I have my periods incoming the body pains a lot but still made it.) I started my workout yesterday and completed it and today is my 2nd day i did it but at first i stopped at 25 min then continued after 2 min actually At first I was 72kg and now i am 58kg i just wanted to make it to 55kg and also lose my belly fat If i can do it you guyz also can dont give up yet

슨상님 완전 대박이에요! 왜 이제야 미지님 영상을 발견했을까요 ㅠㅠ 나름 홈트 9년차인데 고강도 운동 위주로 하다보니 효과는 좋은데 지속하기가 힘들어서 자꾸 게을러지고 있었거든요 ㅠㅜㅜ 운동이 무서워지는 단점ㅋ 미지님 운동은 동작 자체는 난이도가 높지 않은데 리듬감 있게 쉬지않고 움직이니까 심박수가 거의 160-170 사이에서 유지되니 너무 좋아요!!! 자극점 잘 유지하면서 이정도 강도에 이정도 심박수라면 매일 할 수 있을 것 같아요!! 제 게을러진 홈트에 한줄기 빛이 되어주셨어요 ㅠㅠ 계속해서 저강도지만 효과 확실한 좋은 운동 기대할게요 건강하시고 행복하시고 구독합니당❤

Ill update after 7 days! I’m 125 lbs and I’m 5’5, i miss my old body and I’m trying to achieve it. I’m doing this work out and eating under 1600 cals, hopefully i can get my old body back! This workout makes you sweat. Day 1: ✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ate more than 1600 cals Day 5:✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ I lost 3 pounds in 1 week so if I do the 2nd week I would probably loose more! Idk if its the way I was eating or not but this workout definitely made me more toned! I recommend.

Loved it!! The slow deliberate moves were PERFECT! Too many try to incorporate cardio and I think it really lessens the intensity of the muscle work

@@kyo2526 I haven’t started this particular workout yet. I came across this one just yesterday. I have my own workout routine but I will be including this one now . The diet is nothing special. Just avoiding junk food , sugar. I make try my best to eat food which has less calories and more of protein, fibre and , fruits and veggies . I eat in portion. Please understand I didn’t lose weight through this workout video but am planning to start this one since it’s a whole body fat loss workout.

Start weight: 83 kgs Height:5'7 Day 1: did it, tried my best to complete it and completed, though i took about 4-5 breaks. Remember however tired you, DONT STOP, like take breaks and stuff losen the muscles up and continue it, dont stop halfway or wtv , you got this and you know that more than any one❤❤ Day 2: got real bd cramps on thighs and calves but didnt gave up kept going nd finished, took about 3-4 breaks Day 3: did this with my little brother, lol were both drenched at the end of the day and took 2 breaks. Quick tip: after the workout or in start when you take breaks and if you do get cramps on the first or the second dy try to give a good shake to your leg muscles so you dont get any cramps👾👾 Day 4: okay..... I DID IT!! Yaa it was definitely harder than the 3 day i did before cause I completed it without any breaks!! The after affects slayyyy💅💅and as the workout finished I ran to the washroom and washed my face my hands and my legs with cold water, damnnnnn it felt as if I was alive again, so funnnn

다이어트때문에 맨날 짧은 영상들만 보다가 아 이건 좀 아닌것같다... 살이 너무 안빠지는것같다...하고 1시간짜리 찾아다가 하다가... 30분쯤 될때 멈추게되서....차라리 30분짜리 운동영상을 보고 하다가 늘리자 하고 찾아온게 이 영상인데.. 진짜... 1시간짜리 다 못해서 내가 이정도밖에 못하는건가...했는데.. 30분짜리로 하고 마지막까지 보니 달성감때문에 기분이 좋네요~

imma do this for a while so here's my updates. day 1 ✅ was kinda difficult for me since I haven't moved my body in so long. Trying to lose weight for my wedding in January. I have pinched nerve so I can’t push myself too much. So far I have been using this exercise for 3 days in a row. I think this exercise works well for me! So let’s keep a track on it day by day💪 1st day: it was very hard. My body just wouldn’t listen to me. Coordinating my arms and legs were very hard for me. I had to pause so many times😅 2nd day: it was still really hard for me, but arms and legs coordination was so much better! 3rd day: getting easier for me and I didn’t pause as many as day 1 and 2! 4th day: time flew faster to me this time. Previously I had to drink in minute 15, this time in minute 22. Small progress! 5th day: it's a lot easier for me now! No need to pause in between! Starting to feel stronger💪 6th day: I could control my breathing better today. Starting to see some changes on my inner thighs and arms. 7th day: Can’t believe I have been doing this workout for a week! When I first did this workout, I got dizzy, but I don’t feel dizzy anymore now! I feel healthier and I think I have lost some of the fat! I decided to “graduate” from this workout and try to challenge myself to do longer workout now! Let’s keep this journey of losing weight going on!!
