The Muscle-Up is the calisthenics skill, that every body weight fitness enthusiast or athlete wants to get. This video is a follow-up to the video I made three years ago, when I was aged 55, and got my first Muscle-Up. That video has now been viewed over 500,000 times on KZfaq. I then made a Muscle Up Tutorial video which had now had 1.4 million views. So this video is just to show, that it’s not all about strength. Technique plays a major part, and that’s why I can manage 120 muscle ups, at the age of 59, in just under an hour.
