On an unrelated note, those icicles hanging from the edge of your roof/gutter are a sign you need more attic insulation. Too much heat is escaping up to the roof, melting the snow and re-freezing off the edge of the roof/gutter. Happy holidays!

How do you think you will modify your training for gravel and ultras vs tri events?

I'm sure you already have races in mind for 2023, but the double at MidSouth & Gravel Worlds might be exactly your jam, just say'n

Excel at what your strengths are! Smart move on your part. Refocus your marketing, sponsorships and more and apply what you know works for the triathlon world to the gravel bike and ultra-running worlds as lots of new opportunities there. Another area you might want to tap for training is ultra-endurance bicycling (not just the pro gravel) not as a financial breadwinner but to get in solid big baseline mileage and to learn what your true personal limits are. [With less pounding miles on your skeleton/joints by running.] At this point, you do not know what those limits may be! I'd also be curious what a RAAM effort would like composed of yourself or team of like-minded individuals with some good sponsorship to underwrite a package to chase a world record across the USA. And hopefully one day you can snatch that QOM on Mt. Lemmon once and for all! I'm curious how your training will change upcoming without all the swim laps and the transition training you did to for swim/bike and bike/run being of such importance before and no longer being applicable.
