Hi, thanks. My favourite feature is to be able to use different soundcards on my demand, and also the programme is enough light to be used on older computers, also, being able to be installed on 2 different machines at the same time

For sure. VDJ has been changing things lately about using on 2 laptops at the same time. They are starting to make you resign in when you open it on the next laptop. There are options for multi-ops to have multiple licences. Thanks for watching!

Thanks MJ and Happy New Year! I was wondering if you could do a video on how to broadcast live?! I see you can use FB but how does that work with copyright stuff? Thanks again for all you do!

Thanks Gee Kay. I could possibly do a video about that but when it comes to broadcasting music of any type (djing or playing in the background) on FB things get shut down quickly. Sometimes you can get away with it sometimes not.

@@immjyt Yeah, I just thought it to be strange that VDJ has a direct link to FB in the broadcast settings but since 99.99999% of all music we dj with has copyright and I have had 30 second FB live vids block because of it. So I was just wondering how it all worked. Thanks again!

Excellent information. Can someone help me with setting up the Alto Bluetooth total and Virtualdj. I have a program coming up soon that will require a wireless speaker connection. I have a problem with full sound once the music starts to play. Help

When it comes to Bluetooth that is a hardware thing between your controller and the speakers. There are no settings for Bluetooth in VDJ. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for sharing,I like virtual DJ I used to use traktor pro 3 but unfortunately I bought the Numark NS7iii and didn't realized that there is no mapping for that controller for traktor, I can't believe that NI never came up with something instead virtual DJ did the mapping for this controller that's why I like virtual DJ.

Hey does anyone has that problem when I try to use the fx 2 and 3 on the controller it doesnt work only fx1 works

You would have to be a lot more specific. It would depend on ... * What controller you are using * What version of VDJ you are using * What effects are set to trigger on FX 2 & 3 * The physical adjustments on the controller for each fx * Each individual fx setting inside vdj * And also some fx setting inside the options and tweaks area. Feel free to drop me a direct email, fb message or something like that. I might be able to help with more info.

Does it have Pitch n' Time feature like Serato?

VDJ has had that since i think version 5 or 6 back in the mid to late 2000s. There is nothing that Serato has that VDJ doesn't and with VDJ you never have to pay for anything new added. Thanks for watching.

It's always enabled. It's a normal part of VDJ. You don't have to turn it on or off unless you are talking about turning key/pitch lock on or off. Serato needed to fix their algorithm so they make PnT a few years ago and charged people $$$$. VDJ fixes things behind the scenes and give it to you as a new free update about once a month. Depending on if you laptop is slow or fast you can change the "pitchQuality" in the Options & Tweaks area of the config menu. Suppose to help scratching quaility but I just set mine to the top setting (3) and leave it. I hope that helps.

I looked and looked for a skin to match my Denon Mc 4000.....cant find it..☹

No there isn't a skin based on the look of the MC4000 but there is a LOT of other great skins that have some amazing functionality. Thanks for watching!

They all work great. You have to pick the one that you like the look of and has the functions you need. I use a customized version of one called "controllerHD by Denyo". I like it because the top part is small and gives me a bigger browser space at the bottom to see more songs. Also all the settings on the 4 new stock skins are great. Just download a few and try them out. You can always delete them if you don't like them.

It depends on what skin you are using but on the new VDJ 2020 skins it only show up on the Essentials, Pro and Performance layouts. It will be a little box button at the top of the program. hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
