Yo! Here's a day of my training. My friend Nate and I went through a calisthenics workout, which included pull ups, muscle ups, dips and pushups. Now, up until this day, I had never successfully done a bar muscle up so you'll see if I get it in this session.
Nate and I also explore some fighting monkey practice which is super fun and engaging along with some other fun exercises throughout. I find it valuable to incorporate different styles of training to keep the body and mind dynamic and responsive so you'll get a taste of that in this session.
