- TOM & JUJI: You guys have been one of my main motivators to get back into shape. Y’all have shown me that not only can it be obviously rewarding but also how much fun it can be. - A year and a half ago I weighed 310lbs. and I couldn’t do a pushup. Today I weigh 235lbs and my 2 rep max on bench is 225. I have done all my weight loss via heavy weight lifting. With the help of my best friend, y’alls comic motivation, and my drive, I am only 25lbs from my 100lbs. weight loss goal! - Keep up the hard work and quality videos. You’re doing great things for the online fitness community!

Are you me? I started at 320lbs almost 3 years ago and started getting into youtube fitness with Juji/Tom having been one of my biggest influences in building my own home gym and enjoying lifting. I now weight 193lbs. I always had decent chest gains but I couldn't even do a single pull up, now I can do roughly 10 overhand and my bench is about 225x10.

Tom is pure inspiration, I fell into a 2 year rut got fluffy lost my visible gains, then covid hit and i got worse but got back into it and stumbling into toms transformation has encouraged me to keep it up. Watching your guys videos reminds me of my training days with my friends before they moved on a I was left alone. I am getting some great ideas on new training methods from you guys, i have even adopted toms 1000 rep arm pump work out. I've gone through about 4 different ammonia bottles since using the awesome salts and they all sucked in comparison. I have just taken my first whiff of the AHHH!!! and my good fucking God its the strongest ammonia I've ever used. I didnt even remove the seal on the bottle and it kicked me straight in the brain... To anyone who lifts or trains, if you are going to use ammonia youre wasting your money if its not ordered from Juji. No other ammonia even comes close... seriously it's not comparable. Thanks Juji I will never order any other ammonia. Period

Everytime I watch a video, since the one with Kai, when I see Juji posing, I noticed he focusing everything from the feet first. It's awesome!!! You are looking like an elite bodybuilder man. Much respect. Also, TOM you are you improving every video, keep it up, brother.

Answer is: "Because I use so much steroids that catabolism isn't a thing and I'll grow muscles even if do one push up a day, oh btw if you're a natural and you're based on my workouts. You're already doing wrong". Love you juji but you gotta send the right information based on science to the beginners at bodybuilding. Was because of that illusion that more training makes more muscle that I wasted 4 years inside de gym.

@@coolmelliwashere2070 haha, I might have replied a bit harsh. Just too many people blaming other peoples steroids usage for the fact they just don't train hard enough even without peds.

@@---cp7lz np mate. I've been working out for 5 years and only in this last year I realized that the right way is to ally science with bodybuilding. And much better, science based on studies for natural bb's. Dude in 3 month's I grew 5kg of muscle only basing my workout on papers. The only way is to stop filling your brain with knowledge from steroid users and seek for your own reality, your own body and nothing more

I actually just did a really similar workout yesterday because I'm starting to integrate bodybuilding into my training more as opposed to just strength training. There's also the possibility that watching Juji and Tom for as long as I have is starting to influence my training style.

4:50 That's precisely why I stopped doing that kind of row on back days. Constricts my breathing, and I always, ALWAYS end up having a sore sternum the rest of the day AND the next day because of it.
