I stayed there last time on a quick visa run from Thailand. Very mediocre. Sundance Inn and Saloon a block away is much better for $16ish/night. I DO like 172. Tons of places to eat good food cheap. Great location.

Phnom Penh looks like a very cool place to visit. Not sure about the River water tho? It looks worse then the water in my Mop Bucket! 🤣 Keep up the great work my friend!👍

Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Battambang are the best places for retirees

I wouldn't recommend phnom penh, but i have a video coming out about that soon. Also, Kampot seems to be a place many older guys like to settle.
