Hi Nate, Let me ask you, do they cure the beef in the Philippines. That is the biggest difference I noticed in the US and Europe and Asia. In the US it is common for most top quality restaurants to cure the beef for 28 days.
@expatlifestyle2000
@expatlifestyle2000 23 сағат бұрын
Wow good question that I have no idea the answer to. In fact I even had to Google how curing is done and what it is. 😄 🤣
@tonymars1093
@tonymars1093 23 сағат бұрын
The point of doing it is the aging beef creates bacteria that start to break down the beef making it tastier and more tender. It is actually quite a process and in the US they use special refrigerators.

If you buy a car and try to sleep in it in the Detroit burbs the cops will take you down like El Chapo. I can't think of anywhere to park where cops wouldn't find and harass, or arrest. A culture war is going on... rich vs poor.

Here in Louisiana where we have beer at our children's 1st birthday party and growing up 45 minutes from New Orleans I completely understand drinking and the after efforts..... These days I occasionally sip a little Jameson on the rocks at home with friends..... Bars just don't appeal to me at all anymore...... Oh and simps ruin women for everyone

"I do not want to come to Pakistan, thanks" Alcohol is a nasty molecule. The only time I've ever lost control and ended up in jail. And I did a lot of drugs growing up. I was civilized on psychedelics. Mushrooms are actually very therapeutic. Alcohol is the only 'drug' I am aware of that can actually lead to your death during withdrawal.

Hey Nate. Ry the sci-fi here. Not sure how to send you messages I can’t find you on the face novel or see your email on your page. So two areas really stick out to me Santa Magdalena/ Matnog in sorsogon and the Rawis area of Bicol. A lot of nice hotels white sand turquoise waters. Close to cities. Rawis you have naga city nearby which is a great place for the ladies goa is close by also. Santa Claus has sorsogon which is expensive to live. You don’t have to live there but I’d imagine there are good restaurants markets and healthcare if it’s expensive and probably less crime and pollution.

The chicken and lettuce meal is under $4. A larger man such as myself easily has a filling meal with specialty drinks for under $10. I guess if they don't use what they grow they sell it to other reasturants too. They are really great people so I hope their buisness thrives.

Some Vasayans just refuse to speak Tagalog even though they learn Tagalog as the grow up in school. On Luzon, People from The Ilocos region who’s native tongue is Ilocanos have no problem conversing with people from Bicol who’s native tongue is Bicolanos because they converse in Tagalog. I am learning Tagalog because it is the common language.
