Hi Nate, Let me ask you, do they cure the beef in the Philippines. That is the biggest difference I noticed in the US and Europe and Asia. In the US it is common for most top quality restaurants to cure the beef for 28 days.
@expatlifestyle200023 сағат бұрын
Wow good question that I have no idea the answer to. In fact I even had to Google how curing is done and what it is. 😄 🤣
@tonymars109323 сағат бұрын
The point of doing it is the aging beef creates bacteria that start to break down the beef making it tastier and more tender. It is actually quite a process and in the US they use special refrigerators.

If you buy a car and try to sleep in it in the Detroit burbs the cops will take you down like El Chapo. I can't think of anywhere to park where cops wouldn't find and harass, or arrest. A culture war is going on... rich vs poor.

@expatlifestyle20002 күн бұрын
There aren't really condos that I'm aware of. A decent 1 br apartment is probably 8-10k. Plenty of 2-3 bedroom houses that are fully furnished going for 14k.

Hey Nate. Ry the sci-fi here. Not sure how to send you messages I can’t find you on the face novel or see your email on your page. So two areas really stick out to me Santa Magdalena/ Matnog in sorsogon and the Rawis area of Bicol. A lot of nice hotels white sand turquoise waters. Close to cities. Rawis you have naga city nearby which is a great place for the ladies goa is close by also. Santa Claus has sorsogon which is expensive to live. You don’t have to live there but I’d imagine there are good restaurants markets and healthcare if it’s expensive and probably less crime and pollution.

I am learning Tagalog because it is the common language.
