I love how they made their music feel almost eternal and metaphysical at times, and other just brutally realistic.

All the alternative versions of this song, live TV footage, demos and the Peel Session sound much better than the version off the Movement LP.

Hooky recently stated in an interview that a lot of New Order's first album was reworked versions of unfinished Joy Division songs, and specifically stated that he had a recording of a version of this song being played in a JD rehearsal.
