No one can ever say if something will ever work 100% or something will not work 100%. All that can be said is that No Contact is your BEST strategy for getting her back. As for your case, if she's blocked you, you really don't even have a choice. No Contact is your only option.

Whenever a woman breaks up with me It’s No Contact forever. When they ask to stay friends I say No because I was only interested in being in a relationship. Her loss, even if I experienced heartbreak I force myself to move on. Don’t have any kind of contact with an ex, it’s not worth it. An ex stays in the past forever. Know your own worth, there’s plenty of other women to date.

It's very simple: if you sense someone is pulling away from you and acting distant, then you just need to do exactly the same thing back to them. The problem is that it's incredibly difficult to do "nothing", when every fibre in your body is crying out for you to contact her. That's why it's so difficult to go no contact. It requires discipline and extreme patience. But it's the best thing you can do. Indeed, it's the only thing you can do if you want to maintain or even increase her attraction to you.

That's why learning discipline is important as a young man. Best way to do it is combat sport. Imagine you to get punched in the face and your cardio is fucked Plus you have pain and you need to stay strong and show that f.e. your ribs aren't hurt cause your oponnent senses that and attacks your weakpoints even more.. a Pokerface and discipline. You will be more equipped handling stress with women.

Stoicism - dont' worry about what you can not control (ur ex's feelings/emotions) and also, don't need to worry about things you can control. Why? coz those things you can control (like ur reaction to a situation) can be managed by your own self, not by anybody else. Eventually, you will have this attitude of Outcome Independence. All good advice and no contact is effective but I must say so with one caveat. If she does indeed forget about you after going no contact she was not really that interested or into you in the first place. So even if that does happen you’re still winning because you now know where she really stands.

Never chase your girlfriend if she pulls away, I gave mine an ultimatum & said I'm happy to walk, she has not blocked me so communication is still there for her. I'm not contacting her even if it feels at times hard. Once you break then that shows weakness. Let them chase & if they don't come back it's time to move on.

Let her go!!! Don’t chase, move on! This is the perfect time to invest in you, get yourself back together and realize your worthy enough. Once you reach that level you’ll realize this and then you’ll see how many options you can have for yourself. I reached this level and let me just say it’s increased my confidence and it feels good to know I’m not that beta person anymore. Sometimes we need these breakups in order to grow, so take in on the chin and grow from it 🙏🏼 if she comes back, then you can decide on that but personally I’d never wife I’ll only have her on the side nothing more.

I have almost always found that I end up with someone better when I go no contact. They are almost always younger, better looking, nicer, etc. I have also found that they come back about 80% of the time with NC but I usually will only string them along as a F-buddy and nothing more. They thought that the grass was greener and it wasn't. I just can't re-establish trust and commitment with anyone like that.

If she had genuine feelings for you then ain't no way she will forget about you. As a man you should have other options. I know it's hard if your confidence is shattered or you're feeling down, but high value males don't wait around for some girl. They have options and don't see any girl as irreplaceable. The point of no contact is not to care if she comes back or not. If you care, then you already lost. Once I started my no contact back in April, I immediately went out and started dating again. By day 3, never worried about her again. I’ve been finding better. Hell, I don’t even see her as attractive anymore. I see it as her loss. Not mine. The woman I’m with now is way better in looks, and puts in way more effort. I won. From what I last heard, she’s still on POF looking when I already been found someone 😂😂😂

I just walk away and pull away from women that have no interest in me or just needs space. Just a bad idea to chase women anyway. It’s good to have options when single. When I’m in a relationship, it is all about giving each other love and respect while respecting each others’ time and space when we both get busy. Unhealthy relationships have too much attachments and clinginess. Which is never good.

I recently told my girlfriend of 6 months that I needed some time away to think. She was growing quite spoiled I believe. After 5 days of NO CONTACT I contacted her and she was broken. She thought I had broken up with her. She went to her parents house to spend time with them. She asked did I still want her house key. She and I both know each others kids. I said plainly..."If I wanted to break up with you, I'd tell you exactly that, I only needed time". She was extremely happy and submissive after that. See men, show a woman you're fine without her, and she'll break. She's a great woman but even those women need a reality check. Didn't have complaints before NO CONTACT but still needed to have power over the relationship. Keep that power.
