I like to imagine the canonical reason why salty was gone throughout the entire duration of Friendlocke 3 was because throughout that duration he was having a vacational break in Alola to have some time of peace and quiet for himself for once only for him to realize right when he was about to leave that his wallet, passport, and credit card were pickpocketed by a team skull grunt thus trapping him and since the professor wasn't expecting him to be stuck here he hands him a random trio of mons he had at the moment allowing for the randomizer to work canonically hence being the start of the fourth friendlocke

i love the terastal mechanic. the sheer power of nemona in her second battle flinging her pawmi directly into paldean wooper and then terastalizing into electric type anyway really sets the tone for the rest of the game’s difficulty curve doesnt it

One thing the mixup final members to the gym leaders' teams provide, though, is coverage you might not be expecting. Terastalized Pokemon keep the STAB from their original type as well as their Tera type, so being prepared for the grass gym with your fire starter only to have to suddenly worry about STAB rock moves is still a big strategy changeup.

Just got through a long-ass day of NOTHING but AP Psych schoolwork and homework. Finally glad I get to relax and watch this episode as a reward! Also, this episode has one of my favorite moments in the entire Friendlocke, aka when Kofu gets so insulted by Peppy that he attempts to restart the timeline so he could be the victor. Unironically a very intense moment to witness live, which I did.

what's impressive about kofu making a deal with palkia is that palkia is the god of space, dialga is the god of time. somehow, kofu was so pissed at his defeat that he took total power over space and used it to reset time. he probably just Made In Heaven gravity amplified time into oblivion until he reached Heaven.

I've been waiting hours for this and I cant WAIT for more Friendlocke Anime content. I've been binging the manga ever since the first editted episode came out and now I get to see all the jokes that did and didnt make it in im SO hyped EDIT: Also, 25:45 is all because I donated saying I had stuffed crust pizza, soda, and Friendlocke, and asked what everyone's favorite one piece villain was. To note, I asked it just before Mikey was boxed and due to how long donos took to show up he got boxed before he could answer :( Also it took Derek like 3 minutes to actually give his answer (Buggy).
