Olive Sourdough Bread
Ingredients:
- 400g bread flour
- 100g whole wheat flour
- 375ml water (room temperature)
- 100g sourdough starter (fed at 100% hydration)
- 10g salt
- 150g olives coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
- Lemon zest
