Good to see another recipe. I tried the minestrone and the stuff pepper recipes and they were really good. I altered the minestrone because my Grandmother always said I should put the parmisian rind into the soup and take it out at the end. I have to show my brother this, he has been using avocado a lot lately, and I can take it easy and eat while he cooks lol.
