My wife and I have been rolling 90s and we break when I get home from work. I don’t care if that happens to be at hr 85 or 95. If I eat Saturday night, I will break Wednesday when I get home. Every time it ends up being early by at least an hour lol. Consistency is wayyyy more important! You’re doing great 👍🏼

SO good to see you tonight! So - you look tired. I don't think you should feel guilty ending the fast a little early to enjoy your friends! You've gone beyond your hours almost every time, so you have some leeway there to work with! Give yourself some grace, Jerome.

This is probably the best video you’ve ever posted! Showing up when you don’t want to is really what it takes to be successful in any pursuit. Good work, Jerome!

Hi Jerome. You didn't fall short of your fasting. I know you know it is just a mental thing for you but look at it this way You Fasted for a WHOLE WEEK which was waaaaay beyond the 90 hour regime you set for yourself. So in reality you are still well within your fasting goal, in fact you are still ahead in terms of your fasting goal. so a couple of hours short tomorrow is insignificant really. Hope this helps your mindset. Blessings to you.

I’m glad you’re working this into your life. If you stick to the rules, you will lose out on life. I do this. Also, I eat low carb as I enjoy fattier foods and I can reduce sugar triggers. However, if a friend invites me to dinner and serves rice, I enjoy the meal without bother. This allows me to enjoy time with my friends. It’s life.

88 hrs is definitely still great! You have to think of it this way.....what would you tell someone else if they came to you and said "well i didnt make 90, it was only 88 hrs fasted this time" and them thinking if themselves as failing. Im sure you would tell them they still did AMAZING at 88 hours fasted. Thats still more than most would accomplish! You are doing great Jerome! Keep up the amazing work!!🎉 🥳

Jerome, none of us are expecting you to be perfect! You doing a stream like this is great because we are all like this. We all have days where it's more of a mental battle. When you said, forgive you for not having something better prepared...I promise you that we all watch your channel to be a part of your journey and to find comraderie. Your content, in any form, is authentic and helps many. And good job on not being so legalistic this time with your rules and knowing when to compromise!

Jerome, if there's one thing I have learned from you and other successful folks, its that consistency is key. I would love to see you feel good and give yourself grace and mercy. My fasting journey led me back to God, and I'm so much happier than I was. I didn't know I could feel contentment regardless of my situation or condition. Its a spiritual solution for me. I have depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and a host of dis-eases. From what I've learned about fasting, the golden hours are within the 1st 3days. Extremes are my Kryptonite. So I applaud you for acknowledging where you really are.

Being the only vegan in my group of friend for the last 25 years I and they(friends) have learned that if we are out, I probably won't be eating, and that I'm really only there to hang out with them. People stop asking and seem to be very happy when you tell the "I'm not here for the food, I'm here to hang out with you!" Mind you, it is WAAAAY easier now than it was even 10 years ago lol.

I think the most important part in this fast is why you’re doing it an also learning to love what you see in the mirror in the process.U must stop self sabotaging. U have to work on your mental, that’s the part we forget. I’ve been there and I got to my body gold and didn’t realize I was their. Sometimes our bodies are not the problem but we take our rooted problems and take it out on ourselves. Let’s get to the root. Praying for us all

In earlier videos, I think you said that your highest goal is to be a better version of yourself. If you can really make that your front and center all or nothing, rather than fasting, then it might be easier to compromise and balance when subordinate goals are in conflict. Easier said than done. Good luck!

You act like a Capricorn lol! Im a capricorn and im soo hard on myself too when i dont reach my set goals. this month in 11 days ive only lost 1kg doing my rolling 3 to 4 day fasts back to back(rolling)!!!! im putting this down to stress because im in a extreamly high stress environment atm at home with someone very toxic in my living space. add to that im angry af. i also heard of shrink week. where even if you do 72 hours rollling, some days you dont lose weight but your body shrinks. i do see myself have shrunk but i also have a stomach ache from the stress and anger. please dont be hard on yourself. I totally understand you. you are still doing sooo well!!!

Jerome this was a great video. Please don’t delete them now that you are in a better place mentally/emotionally and have reached your goal. Seeing and listening to you while you go through these emotions helps people like me who are just starting and are experiencing the exact same thing to see that it’s ok and we’re not alone in this.

Jerome...we are literally talking about breaking 1-2 hours earlier. ITS NOT A BIG FUCKING DEAL in the grand scheme if things. U gotta remove the min-maxing stuff in your life..keep it simple snd basic. U got an event just fckin go snd then majority of the time do your thing.

Jerome, it seems like every time I turn on one of your videos it's exactly what I needed to hear. I'm struggling with breaking a fast at 56 hours instead of 90 because I have a big gathering happening at my house tomorrow and I need to cook for everybody. I know this won't stall my progress I just need to have a 2-hour eating window after that to make up for it.
