How many workouts you usually do in "peaking" phase. 2, 3 or 4. Of course it depends on the athlete, but some general guidelines please.

Valgus is knee in. Internal femoral rotation and external tibial rotation. You should relase the internal femoral rotators because they ade tight and activate the external femoral rotators and vice versa for the tibia
