Aji de Gallina is a super delicious dish that is prepared by all Peruvian families.
A good Peruvian Aji de Gallina has to have that characteristic yellow pepper color and also be creamy, and in this video, I will show you how to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:
◼️1 cup of evaporated milk
◼️1 onion
◼️ 3 tablespoons of aji amarillo paste or 7 to 8 units of Sweet yellow peppers to make the "aji amarillo paste:
◼️ 1 tablespoon garlic paste
◼️ 50 g of white bread or crackers
◼️ 1 cup of chicken broth
◼️ 1/2 kg of chicken breast
◼️1/2 tsp oregano
◼️1/2 tsp turmeric optional
◼️ 1 tsp of oregano
◼️ Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
