If you're into puppy play, pony play, kitten play, or are a pet player / critter player of any kind, you will likely want to stretch before you get on the mosh mats to play. Here is a simple routine you can complete in under fifteen minutes that will allow you to play longer and better, as well as help you potentially avoid injuries!
