@@lukerichard4132 also personally a huge fan of Joel Seedmans because his programs have literally healed and saved my body but he has a lot of haters so that's an unpopular opinion lol. Thanks for the other recommendations though!

I have one question how often you do the speed drills in a week and do you go for slow aerobic runs and can you do plyometric drills every day ?
