go up to 110-120kg. I want to see a 300kg squat and a true powerbelly

@HadynWiseman Come to think of it, a 30kg increase in bw for a 30kg increase in the squat would be horrible lol. Prob squatting more than that at 110

With straps deads are much easier for me. Think I could hit a few reps on it

Do you titrate up your calories as the training progresses or are you still at 4000?

Why tuna vs salmon or cod? Some say it's an old fish, old enough to absorb more mercury and microplastics? Is it a flavor thing? Convenience thing? Just curious. I do eat some but i prefer salmon with honey Sriracha sauce
